Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything is good, furniture, shower room, they all are clean and in good condition, with several towels, hair dryer is also included, which is comfortable for a long stay for us. And there is a small light beside the bed and two mirrors in the room, which is really nice to have them. We met the staff and they are always friendly. But heater needs some maintenance. It was a bit noisy all night long, making knocking sounds. Like it needs to release some air from the heating system.

no major issues -> we asked for one double bed room and one twin bed room, but got two twin bed rooms. Fortunately, it was possible to move one of the beds in one of the rooms. -> hotel had "self check-in" so we had to fill in our information to a web application to be able to check-in (there was no staff in the hotel upon our arrival). As such, this is OK. However, the address of the web application (alfred.previo.app) did not seem to be mentioned in the reservation and was only sent in a later email, so attacker could send a fake address in a fake email. We double-checked the address of the web application with telephone number of the property given at the reservation.

Nothing really in particular.
Hotel was good, nice place, quite as well. Breakfast was excellent. Room size was very good as well, so overall very good conditions. Parking easy to find and good availability. Staff - really friendly and supporting - as well doing their job very good. We were satisifed from the service we have received.

Restaurant wasn’t working, so only breakfast was served. Wifi was slow on 3rd floor.
Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Big parking space. Kids playground nearby. Most of attractions are 10 min by car.

-> no restaurant for dinner or a beer (it was open for breakfast) -> no refrigerator in the room -> no elevator (no problem for us but maybe important for anyone else) -> it would be nice to have a few more hooks in the bathroom

I had high expectations based on the presentation of the hotel on Booking, but I was quite disappointed. The room's furniture seemed outdated, as if it hadn't been updated in 40 years. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by noise coming from the water pipes, which made it difficult to sleep. In the morning, we encountered a long line for breakfast, and the organization of the service was lacking. There weren't enough tables available, and the food was subpar; for example, the cakes appeared to be store-bought. Overall, our experience did not match the price we paid of 150 euros for the night.
The hotel is in a great location. Downstairs, there is a restaurant that provides an easy option for lunch.

No elevator. The partially collapsed roof on the first floor was absurd having to walk past all the time. The check-in is online only, and not very helpful.
The hotel appears abandoned except some invisible forces makes the rooms and returns the keys. The room we got was very large and parking was free.

Fairly basic. Next to a big busy road
We had a family room - more like a small flat with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Facilities were fine. Staff was nice and helpful Breakfast was okay Good value for a short stay

Terrible breakfast. The quality and quantity were bad, but above all, from the few options, most were empty. Personal not helpful. You need a map to find the room :))))) No curtains, having too much light. Bed very uncomfortable.
