Upon my arrival, the lady at the reception was a bit rude as if I should not be there. Then, thankfully the responsible changed and a lot nicer lady took over. My booking was breakfast included. Despite being tasty, there could have been different options to serve.

First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing! Every must see area is like 5 min walk away. Around the hotel, you can find a lot of restaurant and shopping options as well. Overall, it was clean and despite located on the top of the bar, was quiet as well.

Location for us was way too busy.

Hotel is in the old city 100m from Charles Bridge. Its an incredibly busy area with so many tourists which was not ideal for us. Fortunately our room on the second floor was at the back of the hotel and was quiet. The room was beautifully decorated.. loved the furnishings and painted ceiling. Room was serviced each day and was very clean. There was a kettle for tea making and small fridge plus mini bar items at extra cost

There is a lot of stairs, which I did not mind. I’m young fit and active but just something to be aware of if you are older and wanting to book a stay here as there is no lift The breakfast was nice, standard. I would say that they do not refresh the items very often so if something is finished I’m not sure they bring more out! If they do, it’s very long wait. I would recommend going between 7am-8am to get the fresh food

The location was excellent. You are 2 minutes away from Charles Bridge and right in the centre! It was a very olden style vibe which matches the personality of Prague

The only downside of this hotel is that it's quite noisy at later hours. Being on the pedestrian road right next to the bridge. And also a night bar downstairs. But knowing that from previous reviews I expected that.

Perfect location, right next to Charles Bridge. Hotel has a traditional decor, bathroom a little older but all working, no elevator. Good breakfast. No problem with the late (10pm) arrival. As the receptionist is there only until 7pm so they made sure the manager of the restaurant will give us the keys. Good value for money.

Very homely and cosy, full of character, great for winter stays. Right in the centre with many sights within short walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.

While I had a generally pleasant stay, there were a few aspects that didn’t quite meet my expectations. Firstly, the pillows were too tall and fluffy for my preference; I would have appreciated having a choice of pillow types to ensure a more comfortable sleep. In the breakfast lounge, the toaster wasn’t working properly, which made it quite tricky to toast bread to the desired level. Another concern was with the luggage storage. After my friend checked out, he left his bag at reception to enjoy some sightseeing before heading home. However, instead of securing it in a locker room or a designated storage area, the staff left it out in the open, which felt unsafe and risked potential theft. This could definitely be improved to provide peace of mind for guests. These are small but important details that, if addressed, could make a big difference for future visitors.

A Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The decoration was absolutely stunning—every detail made the space feel both stylish and cozy. The breakfast was a highlight for me: a 10/10 without a doubt. Not only was the quality fantastic, but they also added variety to the menu every day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The street/nightclub noise. If you are a light sleeper street facing rooms are not for you. Ask reception for a room that faces the other way.

Excellent location near the Karlovy Most. Unique room decor, super friendly staff, and a good breakfast in the morning. Also, delicious takeaway breakfasts on our departure day (as needed to leave before breakfast to catch our flight).

Our room was at the front and could be a bit noisy from the pedestrian street below. The reception and rooms are on the first floor and above with no lift so travel as light as possible. The hot breakfast was very ordinary.

The location was superb, right next to the Charles Bridge. The room was classic old style, comfortable and clean.

Missing elevator and air conditioner. I would recommend to venue have a employee to deal with the guests luggage at least. I had an issue with the debit card authorization (with free cancellation option I was very surprised to receive such kind of notice from the hotel, but should mention manager who tried to solve the problem).

Location is next to the Karlov bridge. Exceptional location for short term trip. Breakfast was good. Manager Tatiana was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable enough.

The breakfast was average, nothing to get excited about. Next time, I'd book room only and go out for breakfast, as we did on our final day.. We tried the restaurant one evening during our stay and ordered "from the grill section in the menu." We didn't actually stay to eat. Both meals were cold. We raised this with the staff, they basically took our cold meal's away to return the same two cold meals about 5 mins later. "Not impressed." We cancelled the order, left, and found a lovely restaurant just down the street.

The location is 2nd to none. Right by Charlie bridge.

The bath with overhead shower is quite a large bath to climb into when you are small, not sure if maybe a small step could be provided.

Great Hotel perfect location for everything. Reception staff were very helpful special thanks to Lada and Lukas for all of their help and recommendations. Spotlessly clean. The night club underneath the hotel recently renovated was also a pleasant surprise.
