United Kingdom- Breakfast - no white bread - toast bread in the pack was mouldy - no white rolls even though there is a bakery just across the road - sausages cold and not nice. - No rubbish bin in rooms - only tiny one in the bathroom- shower gels/ soaps not topped up - the only cleaning they did was emptying the bin - overall cleaning needs to be improved ( can see it wasn’t vacuumed properly) - smell from toilets on the 5th floor
Great location right in the middle of the square- close to everything / excellent terrace but only opened from 4pm - 10pm during our stay . This would be a fantastic hotel if there was more attention to detail.

Czech RepublicCentral heating was too strong by the windows, fortunately the receptionist was very kind to be sure they fixed. Hot water in shower had little pressure. They provide bath salts, but there was no plug in the bathtub which was a pitty, since the bathtub size and shape is very inviting. Also the elevator broke down during my stay, which was inconvenient when having a toddler with a pushchair (again staff was helpful to ease the situation). Staff service in breakfast could be slightly better - one morning small spoons were missing and nobody bothered to refill them (or simply to show up so one could request) also when one of the offers was finished they didn't care to refill.
Location, building, decoration, room size (was huge!!!), very comfy beds, nice furniture, rooms are clean and well maintained, excellent variety in Breakfast, with above average kinds of options (including vegan and gluten free), one receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, also maintenance manager was great. Not disappointed at all.

HungaryI didn't have the chance to park my car in front of the hotel, only for the parking area for which I had to pay. There was a dedicated parking area showed by the receptionist, but it was full, so I had to go back to the original parking area and pay for it.

My room was huge and with a great view of the main square. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. It has a nice wine bar on the ground floor and a terrace on the top floor. The price was good. I could keep my luggage there after checking out while I visited the city.

Czech RepublicThe facilities are more closer to a 3* standard, compared to a proper 4* in Prague & other places. The staff was OK, their communication at times could have been better. We had an issue, that was a bit unpleasant (with my grand-daughter visiting), the overall attitude I did not really like. But we sorted it out in the end. The receptionists were constantly taking smoke breaks, waitresses on the roof terrace were having loud private conversation dropping the Czech vulgar words. Just not as luxury & classy as it could be.
The room was comfortable with a nice rooftop view, size-wise - it was on a smaller side. But I really appreciated the air-conditioning, perfect for hot summer days. There is a lovely roof terrace where you can have a drink & look over the entire town. Location is great.

United KingdomThere were some serious issues with water temperature, we experienced cold water cutting out while having a shower which resulted in us almost getting scolded. Sadly, the staff didn’t respond very well and the receptionist argued with us. They did however investigate and the problem seemed better towards the end of the stay. The bed sheets had stains on them, the room wasn’t cleaned regularly.
Location is great but it gets a bit noisy with all the music at the main square, also the property doesn’t provide parking so you constantly have to buy parking tickets.
