The owner was very friendly and helpful, offering guests Czech beer and wine in the evenings. There's a barbecue area and a lawn for relaxing. The property has ample parking for several cars in a shaded area. The rooms were very nice and clean. The surroundings are beautiful and close to the train and bus stations, which offer connections to nearby towns like Jičín, Turnov, Mladá Boleslav, and Hradec Králové. There are beautiful national parks with rock formations and castles nearby. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet and communing with nature. Thanks, David :-)

This place has exceeded our expectations, it was as described, cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is very welcoming and he even brought us a platter of food for free:) In the evening, I recommend sitting and relaxing outside (if you feel cold, no worries, 'cause there is a fireplace to warm you up) because the night sky is breathtaking.

Everything was as described.

The property was very nice and cozy. Nice and quiet place surrounded by nature. Excellent place for our small dogs that were travelling with us and could run round the field behind. I would like to mention also the very friendly owner that greeted us with a smile, so we felt welcomed from the very first moment. He showed me around, explained everything, even called me back when my husband forgot his phone there.

It was quite warm in this summer period. The cleaning in the building could be improved. Both in the general area and in the room, e.g., cleaning the hepa filter of the fan, and dusting of things like the tv. I had some allergy troubels because of the dust and maybe because pets are allowed.

Nice building with a lovely garden. The owner was friendly and gave us tips on what to see in the surroundings. The room had a very nice size with a beautiful view on Trosky. We also like the nice bath and that we could park the car in the shade.

The suite was amazing, there was a huge round window, bathtub for two, cozy bed, AC and TV. With big territory outside you can have a picnic, play pool, swim in a pool and have a pint of fresh brew.

Everything was absolutely amazing; I will be back by the end of this month :D

The location is perfect just in front of the train station; however, is really quiet and peaceful. The room was exactly as it was depicted in the pictures: spacious, with an immense couch, comfortable bed, and an enormous bathroom with an absolutely lovely jacuzzi inside. David is amazing as a host; I enjoyed a nice evening with him, watching musical videos, talking, and drinking some of his beers and spirits (all of them on the house!). VIP Lounge was another amazing surprise, with sodas, coffee, fruit, cookies, TV, and comfortable couches and tables to spend a nice time of relax, just reading or watching something. 100% recommended!

It was my first trip to Czech Republic. Owner is really nice and there was no problems with communication in English. Room was comfortable and clean. There was no problems with heating or hot water. I recommend this place to everyone. If i will come back to Czech Republic i will visit again.
