We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe hotel itself is alright. Walking distance to the lift, sauna and parking free of charge. But that all really doesn't matter. Because you cannot imagine a worse service. The guy-waiter at the restaurant, who also sometimes sits at the reception is really sth else. We were three groups of people who went to the restaurant separately. And all were shocked. The plates were thrown at the table so that the silverware was almost falling on the ground, we were yelled at because apparently the silverware was placed incorrectly on the plate when he was going to take it. If you speak English you will be ignored. You speak German or even Czech - see above. Just to be clear - we were friendly, polite and sober. This person is the reason why a relatively big group of people who regularly go to winter vacations, will never return to this hotel.

I know I agreed to paying for 3 nights in advance, but we had to cancel the 2 last nights, and I asked to have at least one night refunded, even in the form of a voucher for future stays. The hotel rejected all my requests, without any arguments, not showing any understanding. That's not a very nice customer service and I won't return there anymore. Otherwise, everything seems fine (but expensive for Eastern Europe).
I like the location, our room, interiors, free parking and proximity to the town centre.
