Clean and close to the centre. The cleaning lady was nice and the heating was avaiable. They are trying to make it nice, but it's hard with those circumstanes.

You walk in and you can feel it immidiately. The smell. I know it's close to the water, but the fungus smell stays with you whole trip. At the end of the stay, you have this weird feeling that evertyhing is slightly wet and covered with fungus. Also we didn't like low ceilings and darkness - it was hard to get some light inside.

The parking lot was far away.

Three bathrooms and toilets.

Not enough hot water supply when you take a shower more than one room. The kitchen are so simple , dark. Also dinning room are small and dark.

- Very good location in the center of Cesky Krumlov, ideal to visit on a week end - It is also close to the parking P3 if you come by car - the room was nice, spacious and well equipped - The bed was very very comfortable which is really a + for this accommodation - Clean - bathroom and shower were practical, clean and nice - arrival infos are clear

- the price of the city parking which is around 15 euros for one night but it is the same for all hotels without parking. Owner proposes option to have city card but must be asked in advance and it will still be 12 euros per night - the taxes that need to be paid in cash only is quite annoying if you don’t have cash - a bit of noise from the streets if there are some people

Room was clean. The check-in instruction was very clear. The staff responded to text messages promptly. Parking was close and reasonable.

The location is good.

Some travelers wake me up during a night and claim that it’s their room. Next morning they switch me to the other room. The bathtub was not working. Water was staying inside.

Very flexible check in/out and easy communication! Everything was clean and simple, got everything we need for a short trip ☺️

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. Close to everything, castle, restaurant and cafes. Lovely accommodation with lots of light and space.

Missed the coffee machine.

Location was great in the centre near the castle. Room was clean, bathtub wonderful, but I thought the bed was a bit hard for me. Everything was great, we chose this place because it had a kitchen which was nice but it did not have a lot to cook with, no frying pan or baking dishes etc. kind of defeats the purpose of having a kitchen if you can’t cook.

Kitchen needs more cooking utensils, like a frying pan, spatula, and baking dish.

Beautiful little apartment right in the middle of the town.

The showers area wasn’t sealed properly, take care when taking a shower.

The room was very clean, and it was very handy to have a fridge in the room. Fairly quiet location, a bit of occasional street noise but not late at night. Host was very responsive.

Walls quite thin, could hear water running and people talking next door. Tea and coffee was downstairs in the shared kitchen, which was OK except Booking.com stated this was available in the room so should be correctly listed

Neat and tidy

The internet shows the best room, which you are actually not getting. We would have welcomed tea and coffee as many cafes do not open till late.
