No hotel staff on weekends and after 6.00 p.m.

The hotel is located in the historic district of Liberec, close to The North Bohemian Museum, Regional Gellery (Lazne) and the zoo. The walk from the hotel to the town hall takes about 15-20 minutes. Breakfasts segved in the restaurant are tasty, you can use a small parking lot. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

The guy at reception was pretty nice and polite, location is also good, but the accomodation and properties are simply old and it is more like dormitory than hotel. Rooms were clean, and breakfest ok. It is not bad i would star it 7.

wrong check-in time info in booking - it is possible to accommodate at every time but the hotel doesn't inform about it - it is so frustrating that so many hotel on booking mention strage time but in fact it is possible to come at any time, I must look for the number, call, ask, talk and then book, the possibly cancel, come on!!!

Bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. No soundproofing. One could literally hear people talk in neighbouring rooms.

Nice location close to the centre and Zoo. Free parking.

The hotel is not very modern, but it meet my expectations. The room was simple, spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast basic but tasty. Excellent location close to main tourist attraction, hiking trials, Caffè and restaurant.

The bathroom was kind of outdated and the water pressure wasn't the best. The room was also too small for me.

I liked the room and the breakfast. The hotel also had a very friendly cat who would greet you every morning. The bed was also good.

Tram is quite noisy and walls are very thin so, you can hear everyone walking on the hallway.

Friendly receptionist and good price. They have a nice cat. Breakfast was ok.

The walls allow sound through from other rooms. There could be better isolation from sound. Heard the guy in the next room sawing logs throughout the night.

Eggs and fresh veggies are always a good breakfast for me. Plentiful kava and pastries helped get the day going quickly.

I heard quite a lot from the neighboring room. Bathroom could use an overhaul and a thermostatic valve. Breakfasts only until 9 o'clock, which was a bit early for me.

All was according to my expectations. All-day access, contactless check-out, hotel had a cat :-) Hotel was flexible and changed my booking to a cheaper room when they discovered I was alone and didn't need the larger one.

- the noise of the passing trams - they run at least every 10 minutes ... but the next day they didn't bother me anymore and they don't drive at night ;-) - in the room you can hear a lot of noise from the stairs, from other rooms and from outside :-o - the entrance doors to the rooms are incredibly ordinary

- free parking for guests in front of the hotel - tram stop in front of the hotel - breakfast was sufficient - excellent scones and seeded buns ... otherwise such a classic - partial view of the street - sometimes the Christmas tram passed there ;-) - for those who do not plan to spend whole days at the hotel and rather go on trips, this is basic, absolutely sufficient accommodation - clean, warm, comfortable beds, hot water even late at night, television and wifi ... everything was ok

Nothing to complain about, absolutely a great stay. It would be nice to have the hotel restaurant working during dinner and lunch time, but it didn't impact my staying at all.

Since my arrival, I have had a good impression. The hospitality from the reception was amazing, this is what a hotel is made for: make you feel comfortable. Of course, the hotel is not of any modern type, but everything is functional and exactly as I expected. Breakfast was simple but well-made, fresh and enough to start the day refueled. Staff was supportive and kind, always helping customers when needed.

OLD NEGLECTED HOTEL, AT LEAST 15 YEARS NOT PAINTED ROOMS, OLD DIRTY CARPETS, OLD FEATHER PILLOWS, VERY UNCONCORFOTABLE. NO TOILETRIES, NO CUPS OR SPOON IN THE ROOM, NO COFFEE OR TEA SUPPLIED, JUST OLD MISERABLE KETTLE. VERY LOW BUDGET APPEARANCE NOT REFLECTING AND SUPPLYING THE BASICS FOR THE PRICE

Reception closed until 11:00, so if you need help you're on your own! Nobody else (breakfast waiters, nightwatch, cleaning staff) speaks english. The room was old and very dirty; hairs everywhere, and toilet with a big shit stain!! No lift (our room was on the second floor, and we had a big luggage).

The view from the window was very nice and the location was very quiet
