The only downside was the high temperature during the night. Even though outside were only 25 degrees during the day, the room was hot during the night and we struggled to sleep. The lack of AC didn't help as well.

Free and secure parking, affordable prices, decent rooms for our short stay. It was nice they had a fridge and a microwave oven on the hallway to store and warm up the food.

Industrial&noise localisation. But still it's close to old town. So it's understandable. Shower cabine is leaking to the floor.

It was not possible to call reception at the gates, despite that phone number was showed. Was quite strange smell in the room (probably from the pipes). Breakfast was quite poor.

The best part was the price and place in the city. Also was big free parking. Staff was ok. Room was clean.

We slept with windows opened and it was still a bit hot.

Simple rooms with bathrooms and wardrobes, good for a short stay. We have stayed for one night on our way back home and it was ok, good combination of price and quality. Location is not bad, if you want, you can walk to the city’s Old Town within 15 minutes or so. Breakfast is simple but enough. Free parking is a plus.

Inside the shower cabin it would be good to have a holder for soap/shower gel/shampoo/sponge. In the room we were accommodated there was no holder in the shower cabin and we had to keep them outside and for each use we opened the cabin doors. You couldn't keep them down in the cabin either, it was small, not allowing tall people like us to bend over. The bed mattresses could be a little softer, we had the feeling that we were sleeping on boards.

Good location of the guesthouse, 5 minutes walk from the city center, in a quiet area. Free parking for cars and the fact that the gates were closed at night and the cars were safe. Acceptable breakfast, the same on the same day, but for the 2 nights spent there, it was okay. Towels were changed daily.

The only thing missing is air conditioning. If the accommodation had AC, it would be a 10.

The accommodation is fairly close to the city center, with its own free parking. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, and the breakfast is decent, though nothing exceptional. Good value for money.

Our room over looked a factory yard that started early in the morning. This was remedied by closing the windows.

The property was situated within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Brno city centre. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and even allowed me to park the car outside in the morning prior to the afternoon check-in.

The hot water in the shower is REALLY hot and it does not take much effort to get it from comfortable to instant scalding, so be careful. Also be careful touching the metal of the faucet on the hot side, because it will burn.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, about a 15-minute walk from the city center. The room is small, with a dormer window in the sloping ceiling — there are no other windows, which is unpleasant as the light is insufficient. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There is a large, secure parking lot, which is a big plus.

The area is not too nice, a little bit creepy if you're coming back in the evening when it's dark. No restaurants close by. We stayed on the top floor so even though it is April, it was very warm in the room which does not have AC, only a fan. Also no mosquito net on the windows, so you can only open them once all the lights are switched off. Only one handsoap in the bathroom, which is really not convenient for smaller kids when they want to take a shower. The tables were not really cleaned regularely in the breakfast area.

I booked this place for the secure parking primarily. Rooms were simple and clean, with good bathroom and linens Breakfast was sufficient.

The location was very shady, far from centre. Also, the fridge was on the hallway for the whole floor. The walls were thin, you could hear the neighbours. Also, the lady who took care of the breakfast was so unfriendly, she could not speak in english and shouted at us s we could not understand her.

The good part was that we had breakfast (not very large variety) and also the rooms were spacious.
