Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech Republic- room was cleaned prior to arrival, but not very thoroughly - there were wet stains on the ceiling (as ot was the 4th floor it was probably a leakage from the 5th floor spa) - The toilet seat had a crack - only one robe in a double room - one of the pillows clearly needed replacing and was uncomfortable to sleep on

The waiting staff at the breakfast area was kind and obliging too. We also liked how close to the old town the hotel is, the trams were also convenient (there is a stop right next to the hotel). The breakfast was tasty and with a good variety of dishes.

United StatesOur room didn't have AC, or any kind of ventilation. We were provided with floorstanding fan. The room had rather large windows, but our room faced a backyard, and there was very strong smell of burned cooking and cigarettes long into the night so we could not keep them open. We were there in October and the room was uncomfortably stuffy. Can not imagine in summer.
The staff of the hotel is excellent, specially Cornelia at the front desk was very helpful at the check in. Hotel is clean. Decent breakfast. Hotel has no parking, however there is paid parking nearby. Close to city center.
