Good location, happpy staff and pleasant

A very dated hotel, reminiscent of communist era! Restaurant was all brown (and closed but was a Sunday). Interesting building but room needed some TLC. Bath/shower had mould, shower head fitting broken, stained carpet, aircon not working (was 25 outside and inside!)

Clean, cosy and big room. Marvelous breakfast. Dinner was good as well. Staff very friendly. We could store our bicycles in a safe place in the garage.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, convenient bar, price! Value for money, good bath and shower. We ate there for dinner, which was good.

It's a 3star hotel, so expectations are reduced. However, in my apartment, the carpet was badly marked. Room was clean, but towels are old and quite small. Kettle and cups provided, but no coffee or tea. The whole hotel is too hot, my party all complained of that. The ground floor atrium is mainly glass, with no aircon, and was very sweaty. My Apartment was too hot, one radiator was on, and could not be turned off! Temperature outside was 25 deg. Some staff did not speak English, and I don't speak Czech! It's not in the centre of Kolin, but we knew that, when we booked!

They have a new bike store room, with a few tools and pump. close to OBI and Tesco if you need supplies (replacement EU adapter for example)

Shower holder in the bathroom not great, hand held showers only. A mediocre breakfast.

Good location and comfortable place for one night

We were charged 20€ per one small dog. No one told that info when we booked the room via Booking.

Breakfast was ok. Location about 7 minutes from Kolin Zastavka station, and around 25 minutes from Kolin station, walking. Quite ok in both cases. Receptionist was very pleasant. Don't think I had any interaction with any other staff.

The hotel staff was very helpful and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel was in a quiet location, and the rooms were large.

Good size room and very clean. Very good breakfast and also nice restaurant. Perfect for my 5 days stay.

On 3 days in a row there were extrem loud christmas partys in the hall. not possible to sleep before 1 o'clock. At 9 o'clock, the breackfast room was dirty and the selection was reduced compared with 7 o'clock. The room was not cleaned one week. The rooms are getting on in years, especialy the bathroom

The staff is amazingly kind and friendly.

Too much parfume in the room, the toilet did not flush properly, carpets are awfully dirty with stains.

First and foremost, the rooms are NOTHING like displayed in the images Hotel has uploaded. Not sure if the photos are taken at one showroom or something but the room was actually very different (in a bad way) compared to the photo documentation. The hotel has a smoking area RIGHT UNDER the room windows so most of the time we smelled cigarette smoke with an open window, but closing the window made the room stuffy because there is no Aircon/ HVAC system in place. In addition, the common areas smelled like pork, I assume the kitchen has poor ventilation and the entire common area smells as a result.

the best soution you can find in Kolin, especially for a businness trip. Staff is extremely kind, rooms are big and comfy, the morning breakfast is excellent, if you arrive by car the parking is free and in front of the hotel. everything was perfect!
