Food is very expensive but enjoyed my meal at Hardrock cafe

The hotel was fantastic, great apartment with everything you need, even had dishwasher and microwave, iron etc, amazing location within walking distance to everything, found the cheapest bars to drink in , Hardrock cafe is great food does happy hour everyday between 5-7pm but you have to sit inside, Annie's bar next door is great too drinks are very reasonable, the museum of illusion is right opposite the hotel on the corner, would recommend this , also visited the sex museum it was just ok, Charles bridge is great lots of history and great views, the architecture is fantastic, one tip if you want to go to top of the astronomical clock it's half price if you buy your ticket before 10am, overall well worth visiting I did four days but three would if been plenty, there's lots to do and see.

We loved having a washing machine and full kitchen in the unit. Our space was huge, we had a ton of space. The beds were very comfortable. The location was also fantastic, super central to the old town.

We ran out of coffee pods, but they supplied it an hour later after we called them. Wifi was bit slow in the back bedroom, it would be helpful if they installed a booster for the wifi router.

Apartment clean and spacious and central location. Availability of the lift was helpful after long day walking around the city, over all very good value for money. In addition responses from the property manager if they were any issues.

There was no shower curtain and it was awkward to take a shower without the bathroom getting wet. There was a fair bit of noise that travels from other apartments and the restaurant below.

Kitchen needed some repair. Kitchen equipment was a bit limited for a 6-8 person apartment. For example, there was only a single one-person frying pan.

The elevator was broken the entire time we were there and we were on the 5th floor but we got more than enough steps in ;) There was no laundry rack for when we did our laundry so we had to be creative and spread our stuff across the apartment

Furniture in the bed room is very old and needs some maintenance. Not a major issue though.

Centrally located with walkable distance to all major attractions. The staff is amazing and accommodates every request with care and respect. The young Czech lady at reception with smile and down to earth attitude makes your day, she helped us with our luggage and made sure we are comfortable during the stay.

Staying in Old Town close to all sights and many places to eat was a highlight. Views from the apartment were amazing. The space to stretch out with two teens along was enjoyed, along with two bathrooms. All kitchen amenities and the large bath made it feel like home.

The wi-fi connection was weak, especially at evenings. There were more than 100 devices connected to the same spot that has drastically decreased connection speed, so watching Netflix or YouTube was not possible from time to time

There was no washing machine in the property, which would have been helpful to our traveling family.

The property is very spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. The location in the middle of the Old Town is unbeatable! We were able to go back in the middle of the day to rest. It was awesome to see the spire of the Astrological Clock can be seen from the window of the apartment.
