How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Little water pressure in the shower and the shower head itself was broken (no spray, just sortof a hose trickle). No fan or AC, so a bit toasty.
Great quiet location, awesome helpful staff, and really decent breakfast.

Sleep could easily improve. Curtain is not 100% blackout, so when the sun rises, the bedroom gets a lot of light. One day there was a party in the club, and it was noisy until very late. The window is not soundproof.
Comfortable and very clean place. Nice staff. Near to the club.

"Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "

The staff was friendly and helpful. Furthermore they spoke English very well. It's a modern hotel in which you can enter 24 hours a day by your key card. The breakfast was great and there was even a pancake machine for freshly made pancakes. Next to the hotel is a big sports park with outdoor fitness equipment, a indoor swimming pool, athletics track, tennis courts etc. Finally parking is for free next to the hotel after paying a deposit.

Only 1 chair to sit on the room for 4 people

No smart TV sadly.
Nice and quiet hotel in the sports centre. Room was basic and clean. Very friendly check in staff and they spoke English. Lots of parking space and just down the road from tesco and shops.

Great option for a stopover. Stayed for 1 night on the way. Everything was good! The hotel is near some outdoor pool, and there was something to eat for breakfast. Quite nice indeed!

No air-conditioning and our room was just above bar and it was very loud till late hours even after closing. It's more quite with closed windows but then it's very hot in the room (in summer months).
Big family room, big bathroom, free parking, possibility to buy beer at reception desk. Small aquapark just beside hotel.

Nothing to dislike
Our group was a team competing in nearby tournament, hotel was very helpful when we needed cleaning supplies to clean our gear, laudry services were also very helpful. Restaurant staff were very friendly and we dined there every night. They also let us use the TV in the conference rooms for video review. Rooms were really good for sports teams, clean and spacious, modern. And having water park next door was super awesome. Hotel was very accommodating and we thank them very much for helping us and for our stay!

I read the beds are comfortable... well, not for me, they are really hard. With that said, my hips or shoulder were not hurting in the morning, so it's not bad as a side-sleeper. If you sleep on your back, those beds are good. Minor thing, but they didn't give wi-fi password (and I did not ask), Location is good if you travel by car or plan to spend a lot of time in the aquapark / sports complex area, but a little too far on foot from main road / train station with luggage. The floor layout can place you right next to reception on the 1st floor, or on the corridor leading to the breakfast area on the 2nd floor, so if you're sensitive to noises in the morning, be careful with these. Absolutely no heating while the weather would call for a little extra heat.
Check-in until midnight, 0-24 reception, clean room and (private) bathroom, great breakfast. There is a forest right next door and plenty of sport opportunities within walking distance (aquapark, football field, minigolf, outdoor and indoor swimming pools literally next door). Room came with towels, soap, fridge.
