Everything was beautiful. Location, Villa, Room, Pool and Sauna, Garden. The staff was very kind and very helpful, they've made our stay there very special. We're definitely going back 😊

Location and vibe

Lovely place , amazing location and overall vibe. The front desk lady had a bit of an attitude but that could be just cultural differences as Americans we are used to very friendly customer service . As far as comfort and accommodations couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We stayed for two days and had a wonderful time, they gave us a whole suite! with a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and rich. The Villa also has an excellent restaurant, we spent a very nice evening with the accompaniment of jazz music with a fantastic live cello solo. The villa RITTER also offers SPA facilities which we did not have time to try, we will try next time.

Parking is a bit narrow.

Beautiful und good cared historical building with nice small garden. There was very clean and cosy in the room with view in the park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect Breakfast 👌 with tasty coffee and fresh products. In restaurant there is winters garden with flourishing flowers! Pool and sauna are very clean and new.

The half board is lost of money and for 4 star hotel....? They have menu only 10 foods and must choose from them and you have to preorder one day before for the next. One day they forgot my husband's food, and the quality don't worthy the money. Take only the breakfast.

Villa Ritter and its wonderful staff exceeded our expectations well-beyond. The hotel is a well kept castle with an excellent breakfast and spa facilities that was kindly put into our individual use upon request. The car parking was possible on site during all our stay what was very comfortable in a cold weather. The hotel windows are looking into the forest and are not blocked from any side, creating very calm and relaxing experience.

Sauna can be free of charge but it was used only by our family

Location was very nice, close to the forest and not so far from the city center. Breakfast was delicious, with very helpful stuff.

1. The parking right in front of the hotel is not quite spacious, so one needs to book it in advance. On the other hand, there are other parking spots some meters away from the accommodation, also offered for free by the hotel.

1. The staff is very friendly and polite, ready to help anytime. 2. The pool is clean and warm enough. 3. The breakfast was diverse and there were different meals offered every day.

Some staff members don't speak english so you would have to use translator. The rooms tend to be towards the colder end during cold season with no option to control climate in your room. The saunas need to be booked in advance in the spa area. We were not communicated this so we could only use the pool.

Beautiful, peaceful location near parks and the Russian Orthodox Church, providing a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The hotel's vegetarian cuisine, spa treatments, and friendly staff is highly appreciated. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The spa services are excellent.
