The hotel allows pets in the hotel rooms. The beautiful nature silence were disturbed every morning by dog barking.

The nature around is beautiful. Many opportunities for turistitic activities.

Great accommodation, very friendly staff. Unfortunately when we were here there was renovation taking place, other than this it's perfect. Mtb trails next to hotel in perfect condition. We will definitely return.

There is not much tu complain about. The place is nice. Maybe one thing are wellness facilities, you can see rust on some places (handles, etc.)

Hotel was nice and clean, newly refurbished. Staff was kind and willing to help. Surroundings are beautiful there, for those traveling for sport, hiking - best place to be.

spa pool was cold and jacuzzi wasn’t very warm. still enjoyed it but would prefer if at least the jacuzzi was hot.

I missed a big mirror in the room in which I could see myself properly, the mirror in the bathroom was insufficient. It also bothered me that there was no mirror in the elevator, the space looked very claustrophobic.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the rich breakfast. I really liked that the hotel was renovated. The staff was very professional. The beds were comfortable.

Firstly the name is incredibly misleading there is no connection with the hotel and the ski facilities around it which is a shame. The sauna is not part of the price, and i actully though it was so it's only 1 hour of swimming in your fee everything else is an extra. I experienced the famous waiter from google maps negative reviews, he clearly wants you out of the breakfast buffet before they close, he opened all the windows and quite rudely became extra loud as my family and i where finishing our breakfast. And the breakfast was very hit and miss as our second day it was pretty much empty 40 minutes before closing, when you have payed for somthing it should be available no matter how mundane it may seem to the staff.

Its a nice hotel, the food is nothing spectacular but fine, there is a pool yes, but you are limited to an hour that you have to book, most of the staff where very kind.

Staff does not know how to direct you to the trails as if the hotel wasn’t in the middle of bike park. No place to store bikes or wash.

2 out of the 4 nights we spent there, there was some kind of convention taking place in the hotel's convention center. As a result of that, we had to always go someplace else to be served dinner. (By itself, that would be OK, but read along...) Since the hotel doesn't really have a completely separate area for people attending such conventions, whenever they aren't in the event room, they will be in your way. They would usually pool up around the entire lobby, so not even was getting around there troublesome, they were also extremely loud. So ... as a hotel guest, it wasn't particularly easy for you to get a seat in a calm place to hang out for the evening. Additionally, one of the conventions seemed to end at around 4am (with a lot of noise coming from the lobby area up to our room on the 3rd floor...). Interestingly, in the morning, unlike for dinner, the hotel guests and the people from the conventions would visit the same breakfast buffet, which basically meant that, yet again, there was an extreme amount of people and noise to cope with.

The total price of our stay was quite low, considering that we opted in for a half-board and went to the sauna every day.

Room was extremely dirty. We were sharing the rom with my colleauge, so we had to separate beds but what we found under the bed was extreme. Like a foam made from dust... heater also was dusty. I put my swimming short on it to dry, then the short got dusty in wide lines.

Receptionist and waiters were very friendly and their willingness was on the top.
