The hotel looks a bit neglected in terms of general appearance. It was clean, nothing was broken or not functioning, but looked somehow like a place lost in time - not in terms of conscious choice, but more like because of lack of money or desire to invest. The central location also brought a noise from the main street where the hotel is situated: We visited Zlin on a hot summer day, so fresh air was needed in order to sleep well (no air con, only fan), but with windows open we got the traffic noise as well.

I liked the location, very close to the city centre, possibility to park the car in the hotel's yard and the breakfast was really good, way better than I expected from the hotel of that category. The bed was OK, firm enough and comfortable. The hotel's staff was friendly and helped me whenever it was needed.

In general I have no objections.

The service and staff are excellent. The breakfast met all my expectations. The interior of the hotel is as if time has stopped. But that gives it a special touch. Externally interesting architecture, the distance to the main square is 7-8 minutes on foot. A sincere recommendation to everyone who plans to visit this part of the Czech Republic

Only two power outlets, and no air condition. Quire a bit of traffic noise during the early morning hours if you needed to have the windows open.

Great location, really close to a train & a trolley stop. The place was really clean with really friendly staff! The room was big with a very comfortable bed.

The hotel was in a great location for our onward travel through the Czech Republic. It was easy to find with plenty of parking nearby and a short walk to a large shopping center. The rooms were basic and the furniture a little dated but it was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of bathroom toiletries too, which smelt lovely. Although the room was on the main road, we weren’t too disturbed by traffic. The pizza restaurant next door was delicious. Breakfast was simple but everything was really tasty and plentiful - yoghurt, fruit, cold meats and cheeses, warm eggs and sausages with bread choices and a good selection of coffees and teas. WiFi was a bit slow but ok too.

The room was cleaned very erratically, the floors were never cleaned during our five nights stay. The reception is almost always empty and the personnel not particularly friendly.

Perfect location, value for money and the best pizza and beer at the adjacing restaurant. Free parking.

Excellent choices for breakfast. Good location in Zlin. Apartment was quite spacious. Restaurants are close by. I would stay there on my next visit to Zlin.

The room felt empty since it was kinda large. The door inside couldn't be closed properly but that wasn't a big problem since the main entrance door was locked.

Breakfast was small but enough. The juices were awesome, so were the eggs.

The hotel was a maze - it was difficult to find my room as I had to go to the floor and then take another staircase at the end of the hall. Nobody took me to my room, so I had to walk back and forth with a heavy suitcase. Also, there was nobody to help me with a suitcase and an elevator was between the floors, so I still had to carry my staff and it was useless. Really strange design of the hotel. The breakfast was ok - I guess the standard selection, but then I had diarrhea after breakfast (I did not have anything else, so it must have been from breakfast!) and it spoiled my first day at the festival and I even had to go to the doctor. In terms of the room - the water was provided only 1 day and I stayed there 5 nights. There was no kettle or tea in the room and no fridge - it was very bad as my food spoiled. Also, the bathtub was so tiny, once I got in - it was difficult to get out and there were no rails to pull myself up, so it was a really dangerous thing - there was nothing to grab and a tiny space to turn in the bath and the older adult could easily injure themselves. Also, the bed was really tiny and very hard.

I liked the staff who were nice and welcoming and answered my questions. Also, the room was quite quiet so I was able to rest in the morning. The location is 10 mins from the bus station, so also ok.

This is one of worst hotels I‘ve ever been to. Whole equipment is old and ugly. Never again.

The light in one of the rooms did not work. Staff at the desk did not say a single word during the check-in process, then when I returned in the evening I did not know I had to use the back entrance and it was hard to find it out. Shower sends water everywhere in the bathroom...

Nicely located in the centre of zlin. Very large room, actually there was bedroom, living room, and entrance + bathroom. Beautiful bathtub

My husband stayed there for 2 weeks and he was very comfartable and happy with his stay. Owners are super nice people, there is a lot of parking and places to eat. We will consider this place for our next trips when we need to stay in Zlin.
