HungaryThere was a little misunderstanding about the reservation and the pricing, most probanly due to the ambiguity of Booking.com's online reservation system, but the receptionists have been excellently helpful and generous to clear the issue.
Lovely position, authentic medieval-like vintage environment, large spaces, careful but restrained, pure interior design, rich collection of old pictures, oil prints and paintings (no repros or prints) all over on the walls, attentive and kind staff, excellent really5* breakfast selection

United KingdomCoffee machines in all hotels should be supplemented with coffee filter machines for busy times. In the bedroom it was great to be provided with a coffee pod machine but they need better instructions for those of us who are not used to these! We expected to use the swimming pool but the lady in the spa area didn't seem to speak English and was implying it was closed which reception didn't know about.
The hotel is in an excellent location although our windows overlooked another building. We could lean to look both ways though. The room was full of beams and old style furniture but very well equipped including a coffee pod machine plus kettle and fridge. In the room we had, the contents of the fridge were there for us to use as required. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Some of us aren't worried about fancy coffee, just filter coffee is fine! The interior of the building was amazing, very ornate in places. There were lifts to the upper floors and wonderful river views from windows on the staircases. On arrival MILYN was so helpful on the check-in and advised us well on places to eat. Next morning she had remembered us and as we waited to go in to breakfast she asked about our evening.

Czech RepublicThe facilities were poorer than expected (e.g. ripped curtains, exposed extensions of sockets for charging electronic devices, barely 3star bathroom design). Staff were friendly but sadly did not speak Czech language and jaccuzi was out of order. We also booked extra pillows made of duck feathers as advertised but to no avail. There was no mentioning this fact so we do not know, whether it was not available or simply forgotten.
Breakfast was rich, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The place gives old historical vibes.

United Arab EmiratesThere were just a few minor issues: the rooms did not have tissue boxes, and the air conditioners were not working, so we had to keep the windows open. Additionally, permission to access the building entrance must be requested 24 hours in advance. The hotel also offers a paid service for picking up and dropping off luggage in the parking area but we received this service for free and i would like to thank Foad for that.
I would like to thank Vita and Chef Olga for fulfilling our request to prepare the breakfast cake, which was very delicious. The historical building and variety of breakfast foods were also wonderful.

South KoreaThe restaurant in the hotel close early which i understand but at least we wanna order snacks to eat like foods that don't require many cook so one cook will be there until 2am like other hotels. (I would not say this if there are any restaurants opened near the hotel but you know this is not big city, no option... or keep a bending machine) And swimming pool is super small as if there is a pool to have higher rate. Besides I wanted a room that is decorated red coloured this was the only reason i paid more when i could book cheaper room but my room was yellow. Not same like the photo. And you can try medieval clothes if you pay 12€ but there is no trousers at all for men and a lot of clothes are damaged (teared) and paying tax is totally understandable all the cities in europe do this but why we have to pay deposit?
Staff are friendly, good location, there is elevator, seems like some rooms have castle view, there is bathtub and the body soap smells nice we liked it.

UkraineOur stay was way more perfect than I expected. The hotel itself looks like a medieval castle, there are many paintings, design is wonderful for art lovers (there are even some relics). We loved everything: location in the center, terrace, swimming pool, restaurant.. The breakfast was perfect: many food options including fruits, vegetables, beverages (juice, coffee), we were full after it😁 Especially we liked luggage storage option as we were walking around the city waiting for the bus! Will definitely go again and try some SPA procedures and lunch/dinner in the restaurant! Many thanks!

CanadaRestaurant staff could perhaps smile and say good morning at breakfast ( they were not very happy looking), when checking in with three people in a deluxe suite - 3 bottles of water would be nice instead of having to ask as we had 2, smart tv with apps/netflix etc for evening watching for adults/kids ( English channels) - lastly, spa was different. We went and used the indoor pool and the lady attending to the guests showed a lady to the small Juliette terrace to smoke - not what expected in the spa with the smoke coming back in. We got out the indoor pool and left. Not a professional spa in our opinion as you can see the guests behind the open curtains etc.
