Great place to stay in the center of Prague with responsive staff available 24/7. Metro station nearby. However we got a different room then chosen via Booking. Also we had to deposit 100€ in case of issues without prior to stay notice.

Owner offers you a parking spot close to the residence, however the entrance to garage is quite narrow (we had Skoda Octavia) so you will probably not be able to use this service with wider car - just to be aware of this.

Very comfy, quiet and clean apartment with all amenities you will need for your stay. Bed was comfy, however bit low. Residence is located only few minutes from metro (subway) station I.P.Pavlova and is easy to find. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can enjoy tasty breakfast and coffee directly next to the residence in Coffee Factory (10% discount for guests). Our apartment was for very reasonable price regarding distance to city center and connection to public transport. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here.

The utensils for cooking is not complete. There is stairs after elevator to go to your room so it not really handy if you have many heavy luggage. And there is no toilet in reception area so you need to go to coffee shop next door. but i think it's acceptable

the location is superb very near with the station. the staff is also very helpful and nice. The room is clean. coffee shop is just next to the hotel. Supermarket is just around the corner. Price is reasonable. Staff speaking English fluently.

The staff was very nice, accommodating and helped us with some advice for sightseeing. The room was spacious, very clean and had all the basic amenities. The hotel is located within 15 mins walk from the main train station and overall in a central location.

Even though the windows were double glazed, the traffic from the road below was quite loud.

Excellent apartment room with lots of space. Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube. Kitchenette, dining table and sofa beds in the main living room. We had a cot provided for our baby. Tram is a short walk away. A good cafe next door and a good bar to have an evening drink in across the road. Lots of fast food and take aways near by

The staff were lovely and upgraded us as it was my partners birthday. The room was beautiful and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring. Lots of good places for breakfast and a supermarket nearby.

Everything is perfect. The location is near elevation of I.P. Pavlova Subway Station, and many tram stop. There are many restaurant, ex. Starbucks, KFC, PAUL, yammy kebeb, etc. The kitchen equipment is all we need. The room is large and comfortable. The staff are very nice and friendly. Thank you so much. We'll choose this hotel again when we come back to Prague.

Amazing customer service on check in and check out with accommodating early check in with a free room upgrade and bag storage after check out. Spacious and clean room with comfy beds, good air-conditioning and all the amenities you could need. Safe and secure location. Central location - walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, sight seeing.

The private parking lot is very narrow, we managed to get in without a scratch, but when we were leaving the garage there was not so much room to turn the car towards the exit and it got badly scratched by the wall in two places and our car isnt even that big, that is why I would recommend to park somewhere else if you are staying here :(

We are delighted with the accommodation and the very friendly staff, we would definitely stay there again. We also had the best coffee and breakfast next to the accommodation every morning during our stay. Everything was nice and clean, the location is excellent, there are metro and tram stations nearby.

There was a little noise from the streets from construction but nothing Big

We had an amazing stay at this place. The staff working there made sure we got the best experience here in Prague! Especially Aruna, she was so kind and helpfull! The apartment was huge and the hotel was close to metro and shops, we would definitely recommend this place.

Car parking was pathetic. It was narrow parking entry & exit (need to close side mirrors), parking was on different locations, location for parking was not provided in advance. I had to ask my family to stand on the road with luggage as car parking was at different locations, Police came immediately when I was unloading my luggage (busy road with no temporary parking space). I was calling on the provided mobile number, but there was no response to communicate parking details. The receptionist was also not 100% aware of the parking facility. I spent 1.5 hrs to complete parking & check-in. While checkout receptionists said that security deposit (250 euro) can not be returned immediately on credit card as it was not local bank card (but while check-in security deposit was blocked with the same credit card immediately) and I have to contact my bank to unblock the security deposit. The air conditioner was provided only in one beadroom.

As we were there for a dance competition I had tanned my children. Wrote we left the UK. At no time were we advised that there would be a charge if tan went on the sheets. 2 days after we arrived there was a sign up to say that any tan on sheets would incur a €30 charge. We had a minimal amount of tan on the sheet which I offered to clean myself (as I know it always comes off my sheets at home after 1 wash.) but refused and charged the €30. If I had known about this charge at point of booking I would have either not tanned or booked another apartment that did not charge. As the whole purpose for our stay was for dance World Cup

Very close to the metro. Which was only one stop away from the congress venue we were attending each day. 10 minute walk into the town and another 3 minute walk to the square. The studio apartment was spacious and more than enough space for a family of 4. It was clean and regularly maintained by staff.
