Very good price for the center of city. A big room, not new, but equipped with all the necessary and comfortable. Very clear and quick instructions of the personal to access the appartement. Thank you for your hospitality.

I liked the location, the people was super helpful and polite

Firstly I would say that they try to keep the energy spending as low as possible. That means even to come to your room when you are not there to put off all the lights. So no privacy at all. I have got a single bed that was making noise for any micro movement I was doing. In top of it there is a beep sound that never stop (I believe comes from outside) that didn't let me sleep properly because during the night any sound is accentuated. The shower was looking bad with simply a curtain to cover the splashes (looking like gipsy house). The shower head was leaking quite a lot as well. The funny thing is that they tried to keep the energy consumption as low as possible but there were some details that were not ok(like the shower head) The guy who control the property was super polite and helpful but for that price I would aspect a better apartment. Behind the corner there is a 4 stat hotel with same price per night but at least you are in hotel, not in a sharing house like hostel.

Very good location, excellent communication with the owners, clean and comfortable. It's simple, not luxurious, but for me it was perfect. Good value for money.

Probably just the location nothing else.

Very unhygienic poorly setup Stinky bed pillow and blanket. Dust everywhere. Toilet and bathroom i don’t want to even start on that. Picture shows one thing and the actual is worse.

close to all things we wanted, and price was reasonable

photos didn't resemble what it was truly like. it was old, dirty, with stained furniture, toilet was on an angel, holes in toilet door covered by contact to hide it, doors didn't close properly unless locked, handles nearly falling off, bathroom combo shower/bath had washing machine water run off pipe in it to drain the water away, no bathroom floor mat (which made it very unsafe & slippery when trying to climb out of shower, cobwebs and grease built up everywhere, holes in ceiling, bedding was a lumpy base only and a thin base cover on it and a flat sheet that didn't fit properly, all extra bedding was shoved in a cupboard uncovered with no extra linen for it. Took photos to show our disappointment however currently unable to download atm :(

Our room was actually really big for two people and the bigger bed was comfortable.

The other bed squeaked very much and was a bit disturbing.

Big room, big shared shower, kitchen and free instant coffee. WiFi is good too. Walking distance to all attractions and a nice grocery in 2 minutes walk. Very easy to get there from the airport. It only took me 20kc (senior discount) to get to the apartment from the airport. The property owner and assistant are very helpful and nice, quick response to my messages.

Unfortunately we had an issue during our stay; My partner and I were out most of the day, and returned to the accommodation around 9PM. We came back to the accommodation to find one of the residents who permanently lives in the hostel playing very loud vulgar music in the kitchen area. I went in the kitchen and politely asked the individual to turn the music down. He refused to do so immediately and said he’d do so at 10PM. Approximately 40 minutes later the music was turned off. We felt it was extremely rude the music wasn’t turned off immediately especially given he permanently lived on-site. The individual should be wearing headphones should he want play his music loudly, and not force paying guests to hear his loud unpleasant music. We were really tired that night after being out all day, and all we wanted was to come back and rest. I didn’t want to have to deal with confrontation, but worse still have to endure the loud music when we wanted to sleep. I think it’s incredibly rude, and I’ve never experienced this before. We were also requested to allow maintenance staff into the room during our stay to check the windows, we didn’t feel this was our responsibility as paying guests, and felt that this should be arranged whilst guests aren’t staying. this said we were notified in advance, however It was expected for us to either wait in/leave our room unlocked whilst we were out for maintenance to take place, not very professional. Had the music have been turned down when requested, I wouldn’t have submitted this review, and would have let the maintenance piece slide. Hopefully this negative review will prevent this happening to future guests going forward. Thanks, Adam

The bathroom is quite ancient and the rooms are not so clean. In addition all the appartment need a restailing because the floor is broken, the fortitude is too old and there no shower ! The WC is without window and too small.

The decor , interior fittings & bedding were a little tired. 😕

The location is very central.

The condition of the room and the cleanliness definitely need improvement, even for that price. Giving guests just one rather small towel that they should use for everything is also subpar. The standard is 2 towels: a small one for hands and face and a big one for the whole body after showering. Providing guests with one more towel shouldn't be that expensive. After all it will be washed and used again.

Location is near to center.

Bed was full of hair and dirt. I couldn't use the blacket. It wasn't washed for long time. Floor was dirty too. Same thing goes for the toilet.

We loved the location - city centre was so close, everything is at a walkable distance. The staff was good and the rooms were warm (great heating system).

The furniture was old and rooms were not well maintained, the shared kitchen was not well equiped, the shared bathroom was poor. During on a Friday night we heard loud music from another floor (or a club?).
