The private wellness was perfect. Really worth the money and very relaxing. Staff were super nice.

A lovely, quiet and peaceful place on the river. The breakfast is very good and includes everything you need, for example gluten-free bread. The restaurant on site is also very good and very reasonably priced. The staff at reception are responsive to every request. Know in advance that you are arriving at an older style hotel and then the enjoyment is perfect.

Hotel is located in a lovely, green environment, it takes a pleasant walk to reach Karlštejn castle. Room was spacious, amazingly beautiful, extremely clean, with a nice view. Delicious breakfast. In every aspect- 10/10!!

Breakfast could be better - more variety and dietary options (like lactose-free milk). Everything else was great.

It was a very pleasant stay. I wish we could stay longer. Amazing nature, beautiful hotel and great people. Really good for a trip not far away from Prague with easy reach.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful and quiet location. The service was nice and the breakfast good. The rooms had everything you needed (from TV, air conditioning, via minibar) and we also had a view of the raft, it was great to fall asleep to the sound of the water :)

My husband and I have been staying more than once in this beautiful place. Great location ( surrounded by green and a river ). 1.1 km from the train station ( Karlštejn). A nice walk passing by the Zoo park or by car ( enough parking spaces). The rooms are beautifully decorated and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the lady who is in charge of the breakfast buffet. She was very helpful and extremely friendly. We will definitely come back. Kristine

Just leave it as it is if I have one point to make is if you were nervous of dogs the big German Shepherd that was around the place could have been put into the kennels that are there while guests are staying. T

Everything about the place especially the staff the Lady on reception was so helpful the breakfast staff very good bar staff excellent I will return some day to see what it's like in peak season can not fault it An Absolutely Beautiful place to stay thank you.

The furniture in the room was a bit older and our closet was making squeaky noises when we were walking.

We loved the interior, the patio of the restaurant and the breakfast. The food was delicious and we had beautiful views. So peaceful!

Great location, next to the river . We stayed in an executive room, and the room was spacious and comfortable and there was a mosquito window. It had airconditioning. Staying near the river and surrounded by a lot of green, the mosquito window was very welcome. The hotel had asked us to change our dates, and because of that, there was a present waiting in our room. The zoo is next door. The walk from the train station Karlstejn to the hotel is around 1 km, but is is a nice walk. There are parking spaces at the hotel.

There was no lift and we were on the second floor. The shower was an attachment on the bath, rather than fitting overhead which was unusual but we managed ok.

The location was idyllic, next to a river. The hotel was quirky, which we liked. We had an evening meal here which was good and the staff were friendly.

Dinner was not as was expected, and overpriced. Do not ask for desert Pawlova - small and simple one for about 165 CZK ! Kulajda soup was very good, but almost double priced compared to very nice restaurant on Karstejn golf course !

Excellent location ! Near the river, nice sitting outside the restaurant. Charming rooms. Breakfast was very good, everybody can find own choice of food.
