Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We stayed in an apartment which is bigger and grander then I expected, so I was pleased with that! It's like a small flat. Big kitchen / dining room area. Lovely large bedroom. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is also great. Central but not too busy. The breakfast in the morning was good and good selection. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again :-)

NetherlandsThe hotel didn't have a lot of private parking space. But it was easy to park close to the hotel. After 18.00 and in weekends the parking is free.
We travelled with a dog. And the place had an exit right to the park. Besides that, the hotel was close to the centre and restaurants. The room was nice and spacious. It was possible to make coffee or tea in the room The toilet and bathroom were separated.

GermanyOne side of the building faces onto a main street with quite a bit of traffic, so noisier than we would have liked. Not a problem with windows closed, but then the room got a little stuffy. Next time I would ask for a room facing to the park in the back. There is no elevator, so you need to carry suitcases up the stairs. Not a problem if you're travelling light, but might be inconvenient if you're staying longer.
Two lovely parks -- one adjoining the property, the next just across the street. Convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, and town center. Longer walk to the Botanical Gardens, but an enjoyable stroll. Was very glad that they have an on-site parking area. The number of spaces is very limited, so you might want to ask in advance if that's important for you. There is also parking in the little side street, but less protected.

GermanyThe entrance light in our bedroom was broken. The bathroom wasn't so clean. Beds and pillows weren't comfortable. It seems like they grabbed the cheapest furniture(bedframe/mattress/shelves) from ikea.
The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk to the train station. 6 minutes to the central shopping area. The staff was friendly. The hotel provided small bit lovely breakfast.

NorwayEverything was very nice 👍🙂 Good communication with the owner, we arrived at midnight and the Key was available at the entrance. It was easy to find and to park. It was quite and clean, smelled good and the mattresses are very comfortable. Clean bathroom, everything you need. Breakfast is buffet type, tastes good. Nice aria, kind people, thanks a lot, will come back again.

GermanyThe room was very dirty. Spilled coffee in the drawers of Bed-tables. Used and not cleaned cups and very dusty. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Unfortunately after three days there was still the same food (not changed, not added fresh).
The location is right in the center, very comfortable to reach everything (restaurants, shops, cinema or Theater). The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows very very comfortable. The room was dirty but after asking it was cleanedit. So we did enjoy our stay.
