Single beds was very hard. Check-in/out and breakfast is 10 minutes driving(cold type of breakfast you can get to be delivered to apartment, but to get hot type you need to drive).

Apartments and house is very good quality. Calm place. Close to city and spot to take very good sunsets.

To check-in and for nice breakfast we had top go to Česká Lípa (~15 drive) and park in paid parking.

It should be clearly indicated at Booking that keys must be taken from the hotel in Česká Lípa. Breakfast service should be better - no clean table when we came, a lot of things already not available when you come later than 8.30 am, cucumber was not edible as it was obviously frozen before served.

Two things which should have been known in advance during the booking. 1) key was not available at the location. I had to go back to city center (something which one doesn’t want to do in the evening after arrival). 2) breakfast not at the location - again one must go to city center. I just believe there are better ways to communicate the above than just sending email which one can’t read during his/her business trip.

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway! The apartment was very cozy, tastefully equipped with everything you might need, it was spotlessly clean, in the middle of nature but close enough to a good restaurant. We've visited the private spa and it was heaven. Both sauna and whirlpool were amazing and so relaxing! And then the breakfast... Eggs made just for you, bacon, pies, fresh bread, wide selection of fruits and vegetables... Just amazing. A big thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff, especially the lady making breakfast in the morning.

We had to drive 10 minutes by car to pick up and return the keys although we could have perfectly return them to the stuff at the breakfast in the building next door. Please fix this as this is really not customer friendly and waste of time. The whole procedure is confusing and the stuff is not really helping by not picking up the phone. Acoustics of the building could be improved. We could hear the neighbours.

The interior quality of the accomodation is exceptional, there is a very nice view of the golf surrounding, we had a good simple breakfast with friendly stuff and there is just really nice vibe.

There was lack of privacy, for example the 1st floor bathroom had a very exposed window so other buildings’ residents could see you. Same was in the shower at the wellness. But it can be easily fixed by some curtains… There were a few more details like a missing bin in the first floor and there could be an iron and tissues. The terrace was also not really private, there could be some kind of partitions as other guests can hear and see everything.

Breakfast was average but good. We enjoyed the private wellness and massages. The facilities are very modern yet it preserves the rural feeling. It was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and excellent staff.

The best place I’ve ever stayed while traveling. We spent wonderful time in the outside terrace and the apartments greatly exceeded our expectations – the place is stylish and cozy and we would have gladly stayed there for longer. Highly recommended and hopefully soon to come back!

You have to pick up the keys 5 km from the location in their other hotel. Very "convenient" taking the bus and walking on paved streets to get there with your luggage. They vividly did not imagine anyone not coming by car nowadays. In the rules they handed me, they say that I should return the keys, which i refused and left them on the table. The couch had loose springs and i injured my hand. Dangerous!! The walls were paper thin, we were only two guests at the facility, but they had to put us side by side. To make cleaning easier I guess. I could hear every word. Not an ideal workation when you're choosing a remote location and you still have to go through all that. Not worth coming back for me, waste of money.

The overall setting was great, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, king sized bed.

Check in, check out and breakfast ten minutes away by car. Only one guest can do spa a day so we were not allowed to do spa. There is no answer on the reception phone. There is not a single toy or device for children, not even Netflix on the TV. In conclusion, very disappointed

the kitchen equipment was really poor. I mean imagine you stay 4 days and you only got 2 dishwasher tablets :-)) IMHO a bit silly. Guys, you save money in the wrong place. Give us full comfort, loads of dishes and plates and glasses. And as many dishwasher tablets as we might need. Oh and I guess we are spoiled, but the breakfast was kinda 5/10. Dirty water, eggs, sausage, small cake, ham... boring. Plus you need to travel 7km every morning to get it :-)

The property was new, clean, with a nice distance to several areas around.
