Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Pension was a good value for money. Quiet during the night, also quiet neighbourhood. Big and clean room although very simple, nothing fancy, austere, but good enough for a few nights. A nice surprise was a bidet in the bathroom which is not very common in the Czech Republic. Very simple small but tasty breakfast included in the price.

PolandThe place is off the beaten track, even with navi I had trouble finding place and then parking my car. There are a lot of apartment blocks around and to less parking spaces. I arrived late and lost some time before I parked. The room is simple and tidy, nothing special, but also no bad surprises. I couldn't take advantage of the breakfast because I was leaving early for another trip, so I can't comment on that. There is a restaurant in the guesthouse. They serve very good dark beer there. The host is helpful. At night the area is quiet and peaceful.

PortugalŠvejk Pension in Brno is conveniently located close to a tram stop which takes you to the center in 12-15 minutes, yet far enough to get away from the crowds in the center, making it a perfect quiet place to rest at the end of the day. The staff is very friendly, my room was big and with lots of light, I was unable to open the skylights, not sure if they open, I like some fresh air in the room. The pension is above the restaurant and this is very convenient too, as one can simply go downstairs and get some food or have a drink. It's great value for the money we pay in a city like Brno. I'd stay there again.

Czech RepublicWindows in the room would require certain adjustment and be ready to tune in TV channels. Missing Sport channel in the time of the Ice Hockey World championship is not a good sign.
If you are looking for a cheap overnight stays with the short distance to a public transport then the pension is a great option. Parking is still for a free but it is a little bit difficult to find a free slot nearby the pension on Sunday evening. Even when you are in the city the facility itself is in a quiet location with many trees. The equipment of the room is spartan but sufficient for the given purpose. The restaurant looks clean with the specific nice Josef Lada paintings on the walls and on the wooden ceiling of the room. The breakfast provided everything what I like. I didn't have a chance to stay for a lunch or for a dinner. Restaurant staff is friendly and responsive.

United KingdomMy room was an attic room and the weather was exceptionally hot while I was in Brno, so the room did get very warm, though a decent fan WAS provided, so it was bearable.
Initially booked for two nights, I stayed for four! The pension is easily accessible from the tram line (tram no. 8 from Hlavní Nadraží) in a nice quiet suburb. Breakfast good, and the pub/restaurant also good value, especially if you want authentic Czech grub!

United KingdomNo blinds on several windows meant early waking - take an eye mask! Helpful and kind staff on the whole, a slightly embarrassing moment in the evening where I misunderstood the tipping policy, adding 10% is appreciated as I think the 10% mentioned on the bill was VAT.
Clean, large room with plenty of bedding and clean towels. Helpful staff and proximity to the tram - very easy to get into the town centre at low cost.

The hotel was easily reachable by car and by public transport, too. The room was simple, but comfy, breakfast was nice and fresh. Staff was always kind and helpful and the dinner at the restaurant was very delicious.

Czech RepublicThe rooms below the roof have no AC. As it was shiny bright summer hot day, I opted for a room downstairs. Those, however, are located in a hallway with a busy kitchen if a restaurant. The smell from schnitzel and cabbage dumplings shit was sneaking to my room under the door. Disguting!!!
