A very nice surroundings, a restaurant serves a tasty good snd it was so practical to have it directly on site. Breakfast was simple, but more than sufficient.

Rhe staff were lovely and went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. All the staff were happy in their work. We liked the location. It felt like a small village on the edge of town. We were able to use the bus to go to town. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant.

We liked everything and hope to visit again.

Nice place for trail run in forest, after work. Parking for free. Fine food and beer. Kind and helpfull staff.

The staff were super! The rooms were comfortable, and the beds were superb! The location was excellent, only 10 minutes from the centre of České Buďjeovice via a lovely drive through small villages. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and included a selection of both warm and cold foods, cereals, juices and buns/bread.

The rooms were excellent, and very comfortable. They were spartan (i.e. one towel, small space, one liquid soap only, etc.), but quite adequate ... this is NOT a criticism. The only thing lacking was ventilation. We were there in early May, so the temperatures were comfortable. In the hotter months, however, we believe that the rooms would be VERY uncomfortable without a fan or some better air circulation.

It is in a really nice location, the rooms are good the staff is really nice and welcoming and the food is extremely good! We ate there two evenings and everything we tried was so good.

Lovely and quiet guesthouse by the pond - must be great in the summer for cycling and walking, I stayed there before Christmas. Free parking outside. 10 minutes by bus to the city centre, bus stop is directly in front of the place. Fast and realiable wifi. Delicious breakfast including scrambled eggs, fruit and vegetables or cheesecake. Pictures correspond to reality. Nice and helpful staff. Restaurant closes at 3 on Sundays.

Everything was amazing.

Very friendly local inn in a peaceful village, right by a lake - ideal location for travelling to different attractions in southern Czechia. Good breakfast and dinner (at extra cost). Plenty of parking available in various places around the guesthouse..

Rather small room and very small shower.

Personal is very polite, the breakfast is included and is good. Hotel is not far from center and there is a bus stop right there.

The location next to the pond with nice playgrounds, blackout curtains, and we couldn’t hear the wedding party happening at the same location.

Rather expensive but don’t offer shower gel and shampoo, even though free toiletries are advertised on booking.com.

Plain and basic, but clean and tidy, great food and very helpful staff

Good breakfast, very nice restaurant in the evening, tasty food, good value. The room was fine, basic accommodation as expected, would go there again 😊

The staff was really friendly and always available. Since there is also a restaurant it is very convenient to have dinner right below the room. It is a good place especially for this price.
