Rhe staff were lovely and went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. All the staff were happy in their work. We liked the location. It felt like a small village on the edge of town. We were able to use the bus to go to town. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant.

The rooms were excellent, and very comfortable. They were spartan (i.e. one towel, small space, one liquid soap only, etc.), but quite adequate ... this is NOT a criticism. The only thing lacking was ventilation. We were there in early May, so the temperatures were comfortable. In the hotter months, however, we believe that the rooms would be VERY uncomfortable without a fan or some better air circulation.

The staff were super! The rooms were comfortable, and the beds were superb! The location was excellent, only 10 minutes from the centre of České Buďjeovice via a lovely drive through small villages. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and included a selection of both warm and cold foods, cereals, juices and buns/bread.

Lovely and quiet guesthouse by the pond - must be great in the summer for cycling and walking, I stayed there before Christmas. Free parking outside. 10 minutes by bus to the city centre, bus stop is directly in front of the place. Fast and realiable wifi. Delicious breakfast including scrambled eggs, fruit and vegetables or cheesecake. Pictures correspond to reality. Nice and helpful staff. Restaurant closes at 3 on Sundays.

Very friendly local inn in a peaceful village, right by a lake - ideal location for travelling to different attractions in southern Czechia. Good breakfast and dinner (at extra cost). Plenty of parking available in various places around the guesthouse..

The room was beautifully clean and spacious. There was a nice breakfast included and the staff were super friendly and spoke good English. It was handy having a restaurant on site for our evening meal.

For us the ideal hotel for one night to get some stuff done in Ceske Budejovice, by car. The level of cleanliness was just amazing! We had a room with a quite large bathroom. We slept very well in the bed, also great. The breakfast was also very good for this level of hotel. A pity we could not enjoy the country side and the nearby lake. The staff was very friendly and relaxed and helped us with the little mess we caused with spilled coffee.

The bar could have been opened for longer. But it was my fault for arriving late.

It's so quiet, I got the best sleep in weeks. The lake is great. Also the bar downstairs serves great beer.

There could be curtains in the skylights to keep the room cooler when the sun is facing them. The heat pump didn't work, but that could have been due to the time of the year when heat and AC aren't normally used.
