the site where in a green area next to the lake the parking where next to the pension. possibility to relax with good local beer

The site is next to the train station and can hear all night the announcements the air condition were not working there were a shared bathroom with other room the breakfast can only be provide after 8:30 am (which is not usual)

The dinner in the restaurant was good. The breakfast was okay. It had to be ordered and paid in the evening. You choose one of several warm dishes, for example sausages or scrambled eggs, but you can't have both. In addition there is coffee/tea, juice, bread, buns, jam, cheese, etc..

Reception was in the bar, and we had to wait for a long time until someone arrived there. She didn't speak English/German/Spanish and she seemed unfriendly and busy. We felt like we were disturbing her. We have two dogs, and we were charged 600 corunas extra! I wouldn't call this place pet friendly! The large monetary amount wasn't mentioned anywhere in Booking. The room was upstairs, there was no lift. The wall-to-wall carpet was old and stained. We were supposed to get a room with air-conditioning, but the ancient gadget on the ceiling didn't work, it seemed like it hasn't worked for ages (see attached picture). It wasn't summer yet, it was April and the room was hot and musty. There were only skylight windows which were stuck. No views nor ventilation.

Nice accomodation in a lively surrounding. A lot of walkers and cyclers use this place for a good lunch or dinner. There is a big terras outside with a nice view over the big lawn where children are playing. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The food is very good and according dutch standards very cheap. You can start nice walks and / or cycle tours directly from the penzion. The area is als very good for mountainbiking as we did we our Czech friends. Also the lake very close to the accomodation is very nice on a hot day.

The only thing that good be improved are the matrasses of the beds. These are to weak.

Good price. Good connection by train to Ostrava Svinov.

Location in nature, bike and walking trails, very kind staff, clean room

A very nice guest house with great kitchen and nice surroundings. Very close to the train stop. Good breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. The only drawback is that the stuff hardly any person speaks english.

Personnel must visit language classes. :))
