Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwedenUnfortunately the guy which was running the place was not really pleasant but luckily the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I visited the place with my family and friends. We loved the pool area very much. The rooms were very comfy and the breakfast bar was great. Also we stayed for dinner which was a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

RomaniaWe could here the noisy neighbours upstairs, but in the bathroom we did found 2 pairs of earplugs.
The rooms were very modern and clean. The terrace was beautiful, with a stunning view of the Valtice castle and town rooftops. The breakfast was very good and varied. We served a bottle of N48 on the terrace in the evening that was very good. Parking was free of charge. There are parking spots inside the courthouse and in front of the gate. Do yourself a favour and book this accommodation. You won’t regret it.:)

Czech RepublicWe ate one evening at the hotel restaurant and we had to wait for the food for a very long time. It did not come out at the same time and the last person had the food more than 1 hour after ordering it and 2 dishes came out wrong. No apology or explanation was given. if this would not have happened, I would have given the hotel a 10/10.
The hotel was super modern and clean. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The swimmingpool was the best part with a nice view over the castle and rooftops. It is the perfect location to start your cycle ride in between the vinyards and to relax afterwards. It was very handy you could rent bicycles from the hotel and with the check in we got a glass of wine to welcome us :) Jams, spreads, nutella, etc. was all home made at the breakfast and they make your eggs fresh so it really elevated the quality.

United Kingdomdon't recommend anyone to stay here - find somewhere else; I've never experienced such aggression from a hotel manager (the only male there) before. be assured you will not be at ease in your stay here. In short, we were told we could check out later, and 3 hours before the agreed time, I was chased down to pay the bar bill, and once paid, with all our stuff still in the room, our keycard was confiscated, the male hotel manager told me it's "my problem" to get backinto the room and refused for us to leave bags in the hotel to explore the city. he was shouting at me, rude to me, and I've read many reviews about this man. he is hateful and shouldn't work in the hospitality industry - he is completely ruining this hotel and its potential. Trust the reviews and stay away from here; you aren't allowed to access the pool before 2PM, no one is working here for multiple hours throughout the day and you can't arrive early. You feel like an intruder from the second you arrive - I strongly suggest management of the hotel to reprimand this man. this a hotel, not a prison - treat your guests with RESPECT

AustriaThe manager. His unprofessional, unfriendly approach to guests made us feel uneasy and unwelcome, right from check-in.
The manager is awfully unfriendly and rude, he makes it really uncomfortable and seriously takes away from the potential of this hidden gem. The actual layout is spectacular, the hotel is charming, with great, simple food, and excellent service staff.

Switzerland- extremely rude and arrogant behaviour from the receptionist after asking to get transparency on the bill - being charged for 5 persons, even though rooms were prepared only for 4 - lack of proper communication from the beggining
