- Breakfast: One of the breakfast rooms (the one near reception) was very small and cramped, with too many people queuing and even pushing in. Breakfast items and cutlery were running out frequently and not being replaced soon enough. Not many staff spoke English and it was sometimes difficult to work out what was what and whether something was vegetarian or not. The quality of the food was also mixed: some tasty stuff, others quite bland. - Noise levels: a combination of rowdy guests and poor room soundproofing disturbed our sleep. There seemed to be 'stag parties' or other celebration groups, as there were quite a few large groups of mainly men (presumably drunk) talking and laughing loudly into the small hours of the morning (I kept being woken up until around 3.30 am). Whilst perhaps there isn't much that can be done about the room soundproofing, hotel staff should definitely act and stop guests from partying loudly at such ungodly hours!

Beautiful hotel, spacious and comfortable room (we had the family room), very clean facilities, friendly reception staff. Best of all: fantastic location, in the old town, within short walking distance of main tourist sites, with many shops, bars and restaurants close by.

Breakfast is so loud and messy, we decided to skip it after the first day. Bathroom had a pretty strong smell of sewage, don’t know if it was just our room.

Great location, close to the main attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is clean, there is a lift. The breakfast is excellent, fresh vegetables, stewed, marinated. Eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese. Delicious pastries. Yogurt, juices, coffee. I would be happy to stay here again next time.

This place should be the standard for all the hotels. Perfect everything! Beds and pillows so comfy, we felt like we have been sleeping on a cloud. Superb breakfast, which we got for just 4 Euros for us both with Booking.com discount. Staff were super positive and helpful. Quiet location, just a few steps from the business of the old town. We even had our van parked by a valet and returned just to the entrance at a desired time. Simply the best! We surely know were will stay another time in Prague!

The check-in process took about 20 minutes, which in all the hotels we have been to is no more than 5 minutes. We also could not change the temperature of the air conditioning, it was set to 22 degrees, which was too cold for us, so we did not use it..

The positioning of the couch could have been different, so that it would not block half of the doorway. The couch was seemingly never cleaned inside as we found a lot of things there. Even though the staff was very freindly and wanted to help, the language barrier made it hard to communicate effectively. We had a problem with a window that could not be closed correctly. I reported the issue immediatelly after checking in, and they send somebody to repair it. The window was locked and could not be opened to fix it, and they did not have the key. The next day they forgot about it, even though they promised they'd come to fix it. Fortunatelly, there were two layers of widows, and the problem was only on the inside layer. Breakfast was served in two different rooms. One of the rooms was much too small for the number of tables present there. There was hardly space to move arount the chairs, making it unconfortable bot for those eathing and those walking around.

The breakfast was good and even though it was crowded at times, there was no shortage of any type of food. The beds were confortable including the couch where the kids slept. The room was spacious enogh to fit all our luggage (since we packed for a two week road trip we had quite a lot of it). The extended couch on the other hand was blocking half of the door, which made it more difficult to enter the room. Overall, the room was clean and confortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic. 5-10 minutes walk from the old town center, mening that we were very close to all what we wanted to seee and far enough from the crowded old town to enjoy the quiet of the night.

Breakfast was excellent, great variety of entrees and enjoyed the changes each day. Loved the location. We walked everywhere only using transit the day we left the city on a day trip. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel takes payment in czech krona whereas booking.com show the price in euro. The price we paid was more than what was quoted in euro on booking.com, might be to do with exchange rate. We should have paid via booking.com for a better rate rather than at the hotel.

Hot water takes a while to come through and hotel is a little dated but can’t complain for the price. Wasn’t keen on leaving my key in reception when I left the building.

Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the river and old town square. Staff lovely and accommodating. Lots of information given before arrival including airport taxis.

From the welcome to throughout our stay the team were great and friendly. The rooms were really comfortable and with properly controllable aircon we were able to sleep well. Breakfast was also really good with a lot of choices for however you were feeling in the morning
