The staff is friendly and responsive. I am glad that they offered a quieter room that I asked for in the remark. This really shows that they care about guest’s comfort and need. The breakfast is great, with variations for my 8-day stay. The hotel is convenient with a tram stop right outside. Supermarkets are minutes away by walking. At the price I paid in early July of Prague, it is definitely value-for-money.

The ladies at reception were super nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room and shower were clean. Elevator available. Breakfast was decent. Overall, my experience was very good and I would definitely stay there again another time.

Sadly, I misread the instructions that heating would only work IF the window was closed. As it was late night when I arrived and tired I didn't realize that the window was open and I just figured the heating wasn't working for other reasons so the first night was spent with no heat and an open window in cold conditions. However, honestly I just couldn't fathom a room having a window open when it was that cold outside so I did not realize that the window was open at the top. Lesson learned. What I liked even less, is that they entered the room (even though I asked for no service) to make sure the window was opened again, so the heat would not be on while I was gone. There has to be a simpler way.

Breakfast had lots of choices; very close to a tram line and super convenient to train station. 24 hr desk. Microwave; Safe; This is not a like but a fact -> The hotel is across the street from sister hotel check-in, as is breakfast, but I knew that. However bad weather will make this part of your morning, annoying. Ask for a room away from street. It was super quiet in the Residence. No complaints about noise.

My booking was for a ‘double or twin’ room, I selected double, which consisted of the two single beds pushed together which I expected- though I didn’t expect a single size sheet and one single pillow so I slept on one half/single bed, which I’m sure would have been a different price if I booked a single bed room rather than paying for a double bed room. Keep in mind it is about a half hour walk to the old town, I knew this when I booked it and didn’t mind. Also the toilet wasn’t fully clean.

The cups hadn't been cleaned when I first came to use them, but were always washed after the first day. Fortunately I had bought my own supplies for hot drinks as none were supplied by the hotel. I had to ask for a bath towel as only a bath mat was left by the cleaner, who was obviously having a bad day! The lift was out of order more than it worked. Climbing 3 flights of stairs was a problem as I am in my 70's. However the maintenance person tried hard to keep it working.

The bed in the single room was bigger than expected. Room was a bit smaller than expected. It was nice to be able to open the window to look down on the courtyard.

The apartment was clean and housekeeping emptied the bins and done anything else that was required daily. A nice breakfast was included. Location is very close to tram stops for town which is only 10 minutes away.

I could hear extractor fan from other rooms, but because there was another door on the hallway I couldn't hear doors slamming, which was good

Really good location, out of the centre but tram stop right outside so quick and easy to get into city centre. Reception sold tram tickets too. I was on top floor so it was quiet. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Nice to have the fridge and microwave in the room. All very clean, I was very happy.

The place is right by the tram stop so it’s easy to get into the town. You can buy travel tickets at the reception at Golden City Hotel which is just across the road. The room was spacious and clean, had a desk, lamp, mini fridge, tv, wardrobe which were all useful.

Great value for money. Stayed for a 1 night layover in Prague and it's a great, central location to explore the city.

My room was available only 1h30 after the time of check-in. They kindly offered me to give me a simple room instead if I wanted to check-in in time (which is a downgrade) but I obviously did not want this solution. Since I had a big luggage and needed to refresh after a very long trip before getting to the hotel, I needed the comfort of a shower before starting to visit the town. I therefore had to wait and had to postpone my plans a little bit, but this still consist in a little period of time I could have better used. The front desk staff was very polite though.

Great hotel, great breakfast variety (also yummy) and a very nice staff!

Good location for bus and tram to get to attractions staff very helpful very clean and food was good and a microwave in the room this was great and there was a lift very helpful
