There was no kettle with cups, not even glasses to drink water, which I think for 75€ a night should definitely be there as the bare minimum… there was no fridge in the room, so our yoghurts went bad. Luckily we had our own shower gel as it was not provided either. The smell of mold in the bathroom drawers and above the bed. For the price paid I expected more. Wifi info was sent only on request by message - i would expect it to be written somewhere in the room, so no need to ask. No check-in or check-out info about where to find and leave the keys. Not so very clean, bugs on the walls. All in all I would not return, but it was not a tragedy.

The room was newly renovated, spacious bed, room and bathroom. Location was good, not far from the old town. Nice city view from the door/terrace. Easy to find. Free parking next to the house.

Quite far from the bus station, more suitable for travellers with cars. Pretty tough to walk with luggages but attractions are within walking distance. Wish there was clearer instructions before checking in, because it took time to figure out where our room is.

It is quite spacious and the toilet is big. The owner was nice and has a cute dog. He cooks good breakfast.

Cozy little place, confortable beds. Walk from the train station was a bit uphill, so maybe with heavy luggages is a bit difficult but otherwise okay. Distance to the town centre really close and downhill walk. The owner was really nice, he helped us with moving the luggages on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was fine.

Very spacious for family of 5, the place is clean, or is on 2nd floor and have a good view. Owner is very helpful to help us to bring our luggage up the room. Owner also provide delicious breakfast at very reasonable price. One of the best stay for our trip.

The only small thing that I didn’t like was the pillows and very hard mattress. But that’s just a small thing that didn’t bother me for such a short stay.

Great host, great value. Location is perfect to walk 15 mins from the old town. Host was friendly and quick with communication. He resolved the issue with hot water immediately. The room was perfectly clean.

Well, there was no description how you can use heating (however the host was expedient in silving it), the hot water was apparently exhausted early in the morning, in the shower there is no holder for soap.

The mattrasses in the bed are really excellent, the room is quite large, the bathroom similarly large and confortable, the host is charming.

Stayed there during visit of Cesky Krumlov. Accomodation was within private house in residential area. Separate entrance from the street, bedroom/living room with bathroom inside. Exactly what we needed for short stay exploring the city. Dedicated parking space (free) on the driveway. Distance to the city centre about 10 minutes walk, no need to use a car. Spotted small grocery shop down the road, 1 minute walk. Property was clean and nice to talk to friendly owners. Definitely recommend.

When we first entered the room, we found a big spider (~3cm) on the wall. We also found smudges on the bed linen. The shower drain was blocked, so the water didn't go down. The room was advertised for 3 people, but instead of a third bed, the apartment had a small convertible armchair. Limited storage space was available in the room.

The pension provides a very nice breakfast, and the owner and his family were nice and helpful. The location was close to the centre, and the surroundings were calm and clean. The backyard was clean and cosy. The view to the downtown from the pension is amazing.

We stayed in R-Penzion for one night. Hotel is close to the old town. We enjoyed view from the balcony. Our room was clean and comfortable. The host was reachable and answered on our questions. We have ordered also breakfast - we sat in the garden and enjoyed beautiful morning and delicious breakfast.

There was a weird mechanical humming noise during our stay that made getting a good night sleep really hard.

The shower temperature was something the bare minimum during the entire stay which was one week and that's most annoying thing about this accomodation. I couldn't get a shower at normal temperature on the evening of arrival and I reported to the owner on this issue on the next morning. He promised to fix the boiler and he actually did it. But only for this day. In the next day it's all got back to the beginning - no hot water for shower. So it's looked like I had to ask for the hot water every time I need it. Just ridiculous. The room was very basic with no air conditioner and fridge. The kettle I asked for to boil the water had a such strong plastic smell that I couldn't even use it. The absence either a private or shared kitchen was really painful as I had to eat somewhere else during my entire stay of one week. So considering what other guests says it's really looks like the family saving electricity on the guests. For the price I paid I think this is something inacceptable

It would've been great if they provided shampoo. The location is on the hill, so it was a bit hard with kids.
