Breakfast was really good and the Hotel Manager was very kind

Self check in need to be improved, of corse with the suport of the Hotel we can do it, but is not so easy. Internet conection also need to be improved

Even though this is a self check-in hotel, the welcome was very kind. Special thanks to Vesna, who helped us get into the room. :) The breakfast was amazing, absolutely delicious and so varied.

we booked two rooms and they were very different – one was much smaller and had a completely different design/furniture than the other breakfast room did not have enough seats for all the guests – we had to wait until a table freed up and a lot of food was gone by then not the best location lengthy self check-in process bed squeaked and rattled

The check-in process was very straightforward. However, I had some issues when trying to click on the link, as it did not work. Fortunately, the manager was able to help me. The room was tidy and comfortable and had everything you could need. There is private parking, so it is safe to leave your motorcycle overnight. Breakfast was perfect.

No air conditionioner, had to leave window open and hear all noise from the street.

I really appriciated breakfast, I didn't expected such a big choice, even for a vegetarian. Nice, helpfull staff, good communication.

Great breakfast (more than we expected for such a small hotel), and the jacuzzi bathtub was very relaxing after hiking. Despite the self-service reception, the owner was present every day and always attentive to our well-being. The outdoor area was well-kept and cozy, and parking was always free and available, even when there were many guests.

The immediate neighborhood had little to offer in terms of restaurants, and the bus lines to Liberec were quite a distance away when trying to use a more frequent connection. Some informational material regarding these two points would have been helpful.

Attention to the detail and enthusiasm is great - you can see that the staff really cares, starting with tapas to welcome you, sundries provided, messages left in the room. The breakfast is excellent, the place has easy parking and is just next to the main road so no staying in jams when arriving in rush hours.

Very clean, modern, fency hotel, with breakfest included and small welcomming surprises. It was a surprise to get such a nice accomodation for so economical price. Breakfest was great and abundant. Manager is really kind, responsive and lovely person. Building is quite beautiful. Neighbourhood is pieceful. There are bus connection to Center.

The room was a bit small and a bit cool, but still - me and my 7years old child felt great in this cozy room with sparkling clean shower and toilet. Self check-in was a bit confusing as I had no expierience with such check-in, but I called recepcionist, he answered immediately, and solved all issues. Very sympathetic.

Good location, good breakfast,

many registrations before stay, smaller room and narrower shower enclosure, short kettle cord

Our stay was very pleasant, All staff were professional and kind. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Full spread many choices. The hotel was quiet ,easy to find and ample parking space.

The breakfast was amazing! Also, the staff are very nice and will take care of you, especially Marta and Veronika! They are friendly and really care about your experience while staying at the hotel.
