How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Bit far from the main center square but you can walk few meters to catch tram 1 which takes you to the center that’s convenient
It’s a comfortable hotel for a short stay. Staff were very helpful

It did get hot when the temperature was around 30.
Great value for money. Basic but large rooms, fan provided for hot weather. Great breakfast - fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs boiled or scrambled and sausages, Salami, cheese, yoghurt etc. There's a playground on the property for your toddler.

Check in time being incorrectly advertised, 3.30 not 2 as mentioned. The bed is super hard.

No AC (but a fan available in the room), and the hotel may be a bit difficult to reach if you don’t have a car.
Very modern building, with a large parking and a restaurant on site. Rooms are clean, and well equipped. A small problem with the door of my room was immediately managed and solved by the staff.

Everything is already excellent, but what could be even better: earlier check-in time (currently 14:30) and more hot dishes at breakfast.
Everything was very clean and I was especially pleased with the bathroom. The breakfast was also very tasty and there was a lot of choice. There is a large parking lot opposite and bus stops nearby. There is a forest around, so the area is quite quiet and calm, pleasant freshness in the morning.

It was all great.
The room and the staff were excellent. Even though there are many sports people using this facility, the general public has access also.

The mattresses were too hard for our liking.
Reception was super friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet. There was plenty of parking available.

At our arrival the heating in our sleeping room didn't work properly, so after we informed the receptionists about the issue, she firstly contacted the technician and afterwards we were suggested to move to a nearby room.
The facility provides diverse sport activities i.e. football and volleyball games and at that time they organized Halloween party also where a lot of kids participated too. The is a gym and a wellness center, which we didn't use. The restaurant worked around the clock, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cosine were locals and internationals. The room are barrier-free i.e. easy access with baby-stroller. The toilets and rooms are spacious and wide. The parking has a video surveyilance and it is gated.

TV missed a connection cable so it wasn't possible to watch it. Don't do the laundry there cause they will charge you with high service fees.
The stuff, the meals, and the whole impression was really at one acceptable level i.e. that means good at all. The rooms are well heated and the toilet is spacious. Sport and entertaining events are frequently organized. Also they arrange children parties like Halloween parties, etc.

The shower has timer so it stops automatically after 30 seconds. You have to press the button within 30 secs to keep it running. The location is out of the town a bit but free parking is a plus.
Very clean room. Breakfast was good too. Free parking and elevator to upper floors.

Bed was a bit too firm but overall we would stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.
Clean and quiet room, good closet space with plenty of clothes hangers, nice shower with plenty of hot water, substantial breakfast offerings, has a lift, local bus stops right outside the hotel for transfer to a nearby tram for a quick ride to the center (or the tram stop is a very short walk from the hotel). Staff is friendly and in particular, Marketa and Tereza at the front desk were very welcoming and super helpful.

I believe there is no aircondition system in the room and I guess it might be getting hot in summer days. Yet, it should not be a problem as the guests are unlikely to stay in room all day long.
A good place to stay when on the go. Very nice team who welcomed at upon arrival. Delicious and home made breakfast, huge parking lot. The apartment is modern and recently refreshed.

The mattresses were a little hard for our liking.
The room was super spacious and extremely clean. The included breakfast was fine, but the stuff (kitchen and reception) was highly accommodating. They tried their very best to accommodate our vegan diet restrictions and even went out of their way to offer us a breakfast to go on our last morning since we had to check out early. The surroundings allow for peaceful walks to the nearby lake. The city centre is easily reached by public transportation. The bathroom comes with clean towels, a good hair dryer, and shampoo.
