My husband has a back injury so the walk was almost impossible for him to make. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant once but didn't really enjoy the food and we had to pay extra for a coffee.
Location is amazing, very close to all of the attractions. Room and bathroom were both nice, clean and decent size. Pool and the spa area was wonderful. We also got massages and these were great too.

The hotel was perfect combination of modern and classic look. The terrace was cute and quaint with cozy feeling - with a good view. The standard room is spacious and has enough furniture to allow you to organize yourself. The spa is staff by true professionals (however, I believe this is standard for Karlovy Vary) and the wellness area amazing with 5 different saunas. Also, great prices for all services.

Hotel has very nice terrace. Also there is a great swimming pool. And there is garage to park a car. Close to city center. Our room had a balcony and great view.

The breakfast each morning was just what we needed and the hotel itself was very centrally located, easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here.

The house keeper who clean the room will take maximum 5 minutes so I don’t know if they will clean the bathroom properly or not . Also the arrangement of the bed is different from other hotels at different countries. One lady at the breakfast hall is always angry not smiling at all, the cups for the juice smells eggs, the pancakes are very dry and feels like stone . The receptionist at the spa center doesn’t believe me when I said am staying in the hotel although I gave her the room number, only when she checked many times in her system she agreed to give me reservations for the spa sessions
The location was in the middle of the shopping street although it was on top of the hill
