Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

One minor inconvenience was that breakfast was served in a separate building, which wasn’t ideal when it was raining. Also, the nearby cafés and restaurants were quite lively, and their noise could be noticeable at times. Still, overall a cozy and well-equipped place, perfect for a relaxing stay
I had a lovely stay at this property. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a real plus during the warm days. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the apartment had plenty of amenities that made it feel just like home.

Everything was excellent, the room was new, air conditioned, very nicely furnished and it had unusual bed lamps. Breakfast was varied and tasty in the nice restaurant. Everything was super clean. We loved our stay here and the fact that the car was parked in the yard- for free.

We've stayed here several times over the past 10 years, and it has never been a disappointment. There's always been some kind of improvement, and the warm welcome, easy parking, and wonderful breakfast never change. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. Whenever I visit Brno, this is the only place I consider staying. Highly recommended!

My 2nd stay here. A super clean new room, comfortable bed, secure parking inside the premises. Miss owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She sat in the car and came to open the main garage door for me when I was locked out. Outstanding.

Our room was newly renovated. It looked much modern and better than on the photos. Cleanliness on the place was top. There’s possibility to get breakfast for €7 per person. Nice, smiling staff.

Breakfast was good and included. Both the people working at reception during my check-in and checkout were super nice. Both went out of their way to help and answer any questions. Especially during the checkout I asked the receptionist if she could print out a document for me that I needed and she was super happy to help immediately without even asking. That's how I know this was a really welcoming place and people were super helpful.

Тhe price for a double room is 70-80 euros for an 18-hour stay you should have disposable slippers for 30 cents.
Very clean. Nice beds. And a huge plus is the warmth.

Even though I was the only one in the place Monday morning, they prepared a full breakfast for me including scrambled eggs. And it was good to have a parking space in the locked yard.

The conditions hotel provided are as good as the reviews. I really liked my experience as staff are helpful, the conditions of the room was very good & the position of the hotel was very close to public transportation. As a person who visits for business, cost effectiveness of an experience is important for me. Point Pension provided that. I was hoping to experience a good sleep, 24 hours hot water with strong flow, strong wifi, clean & healthy breakfast, free parking lot and/or being close to public transport.

the neighborhood does not feel quite safe at night, but we didn't have any problems.
The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spotless. Everything was working well, was looking nice, and was clean. We had check-in late and we took the key from a keybox. Very good accommodation, I recommend. Easy access to the city center with tram number 4.

There is no shower curtain so water splashes all over and one has to be very careful not to make flood in the bathroom.
