The location is excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was big.

The indicated checking time at 14.00 everywhere on Booking and in the pension’s communication was not true, we received in the check-in instructions on the day of arrival that the check-in is at 15.00 and even at 15.00 the key to the room was not there. As for the breakfast, the breakfast was served in completely different pension which we didn’t know before. The breakfast room in the other pension was too small for people from two pensions, only 4 tables. There was no space when we arrived and no one was taking care of the space. The dirty dishes were piling up, no clean cup or knife, no food refills. At the end someone squeezed to people at the other table so that we can sit and gave us their saved unused clean cup so we can at least share it to have a coffee. The lady from the pension was coming and going, not taking care at all and always disappeared quickly before we could ask her to give us some clean cup or cutlery. This was goin on for more than 30min. I think its better not to offer breakfast at all than this. Also the food choice was poor, not even eggs.

Room 1: Clean room, in the middle of town. Authentic furniture, modern bathroom.

Beds are a bit hard. Not a lot of places to sit (2 chairs, 1 table) outside for three rooms. Also no personnel on site, check in via key lock.

The location is simply fantastic, just right in the heart of the town. It’s clean and the staff are friendly.

It was in the center and the people that worked there did a great job, but also very friendly.

Everything was good

Great location, right in the centre with lots of places to visit within a short walk, also convenient for restaurants and bars. The accommodation is spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. It was also nice to have a kitchen area. The entrance room was large and had a good sized double bed. It was also quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was brilliant, including eggs cooked to order, buffet and freshly made coffee. Staff were very friendly and the self check-in went smoothly.

The bedroom in the entrance was a little dark and not well configured (e.g. space around bed and plugs to charge phone next to the bed). The other bedroom was better and very spacious. However overall for the price the space was large and it was nice to have separate bedrooms).

We really like attention, highly professional attitude of Marina, staff member. She made us feel like at home and we will come back for sure.

Really nice guesthouse, everything’s at a good level. The staff is great – friendly and helpful, and they really care about making guests feel comfortable. Totally worth getting the breakfast – tasty and made with love. Perfect spot to chill out and relax in a peaceful vibe, especially after a day of exploring beautiful Český Krumlov.

Great location, very central. Clean and big rooms! Nice beds. Quite place although in center. Extraordinary staff. The owners are incredible. Very friendly and supportive. Cozy and good breakfast. Feels like home :)

No complaints

Very good place to stay regarding the location. It is in the middle of the town, and 5 min walking distance to one of the parking areas. It is near the castle and central town square. Good value for money. Clean room with decent sized bathroom. It was very warm in the room, but the heat can be regulated. Negative is that the room is very small, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom is not well equipped, with shelves to put your toiletries. As it is an old building, you can hear everything that the neighbours are doing.

A hidden gem! Beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere. The receptionist Marina is very friendly and helpful, she advised the best places to visit. If you want to feel the real atmosphere of ancient Czech - you are welcomed to this great place!

Perfect location just close to the main square.

Perfect location. Clean and functional place. We were there in the middle of the winter and although it was freezing outside, the rooms were cozy and warm. Will stay here again 😁
