Reviews of Hotel PAM 3 stars

The team at the hotel made a 10:30pm check in possible for us. It was fine to bring our two small dogs along. The beds were clean and comfortable. Great location and views.

Everything very outdated, very dirty carpets with stains, rotten bacon found under one of the beds, bathroom door didn't shut and there was no lock on it, very noisy even at night

We booked this last minute after some trouble with another booking. It had been a really bad day in so many ways and we arrived tired and just wanted to rest. The staff was wonderful and really made a shitty day end well with fantastic service and good food and drinks at the restaurant. The area is great for walking, there are several tracks and the views are fantastic. We traveled with our dog and he was invited everywhere and welcome in the restaurant.

The place needs TLC, everywhere. The bed was broken, stuff in the room was broken everywhere and the same all around the place. We were told that there had been some damage from previous guests but it was not just our room. What the place lack in charm the staff make up for with great service.

I really liked the location and friendly atmosphere. They also welcome dogs. I enjoyed the terrace in front of our room. The room and bathroom were clean.

The furniture and the room in general was a bit worn. The door handle to the terrace would benefit a replacement. Missing soap in the bathroom was a surprise. But considering the price I think it was fair.

The location was great. The breakfast was amazing.

The lock in the door was not properly functional. One had to spend some time every time while locking and unlocking the door. The bathroom door had no keys either.

Fabulous location for hiking and magnificent view. Spacious rooms and above all, fabulous food. Well done and a big thank you to the chef!

Two beautiful lynx in captivity is unnecessary attraction. The place is already so wonderful with super friendly dog and happy sheep playing in the garden.

Good location, beautiful hiking trails right next to hotel. Quite basic rooms but all that’s needed. Beautiful views from room ans restaurant, good dinner. Dog friendly, cute bernese and sheep roaming around.

Very nice and quiet place. The house is a bit old-fashioned, which we found as a privilege. It has its own atmosphere. We were accepted very friendly. The breakfast with a picturesque view of the mountains was an additional good experience.

It's dirty there. Unfortunately owners do not keep rhe place in steady condition.
