The only issue that let this place down was the bathrooms. They functioned well but the design was as if they ran out of money, painted floors and walls (black & grey) the shower block was terrible also. As you may see, i would stay here again as this did not interfear with our stay but it really let them down as everything else was lovely. it was not just in one room. I extended the stay many times (it was nice) and so i stayed in 3 rooms and all were sub-par decorated for some reason.

it was in a really nice location, the park over the road, the river, the bridge albeit closed meant you are close to the town over the river. very nice place for the summer.

A few little things needed attention / fixing to make it a great place to stay.

The staff were extremely helpful, rent of secure bike box was a bonus as we were cycling. Right on the cycleway and close to town. Breakfast was excellent with freshly made omelet. Good value for money.

Kitchen area needs updating and paint the room.

Was very cozy and clean. Walls need to be painted. But Was a cute litte room for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children under 8 fit cimfortablely. Nice view of llake and a beautiful playground across the street. The sweet waitress Was so Kind and Patient. Forgot her name.

I found it strange that there was a fee for the Velo-box. Some mosquitoes in the room.

The location is very convenient on the European Bike Route towards Prague. The property has Velo-boxes to safely store your bike over night. The breakfast (not included but possible to book for an additional fee) was great. The city of Roudnice, on the other side of the River, is lovely.

There was a mold smell in our room, so we had to keep windows open through entire night, so we were cold. Also, the AC power was not working in our room on first night. Wi-Fi only works in breakfast area, not in our rooms.

Breakfast was nice, with several options for eggs and cold cuts, also with some do-it-yourself coffee options. Staff was kind, and the property owner made sure we were able to come outside of normal working hours.

Not so clean as needed to be for hotels/accommodations. Quite old furniture, also in bath room. Not too comfortable beds. Quite extreme stairs to the second floor.

Simple accommodation, but everything needed for stay and for very good price. Pet friendly! Good breakfast buffet +possibility to choose one "hot meal" from good menu per person, all included in price! Very good WiFi connection. Good flow of hot water in bathroom. Amazing location near the river and also close to the Roudnice nad Labem city!

The room needs some little renovation, some master should check all the small things. Bathroom door handle was broken, sinks and shower needs new tips, and other small things. But overall it was good.

You pay everything extra. Extra pay for parking lot (on their property), for a dog, for breakfast, for tea/coffee, etc. We ended up parking one car on the street, because their parking lot was full, even though we were their only guests there. Facilities are very poorly renovated. Out toilet wasn’t attached properly to the floor and kept moving (we are very low weight people). Probably because of this, there was this awful smell of sewage in our room… There was a small kitchen in our room, but nothing there (no tea or coffee to make). Absolutely the worst thing was breakfast. They didn’t even buy a fresh bread. They served something what was either frozen or very old bread/pastry instead. Cheap yogurt and spoilt granola, bad coffee,… To sum up, you will find a nice hotel room in Prague for this price. If you really need to stay there, don’t buy their breakfast. It’s not worth 150Kc.

Spacious room. Walking distance to the Rip Mountain (about 8 km). Nice bistro with an outdoor playground across the road.

The first striking thing was that the rooms looked nothing like the pictures on booking. Second was the really bad smell coming from the drainage. It was everywhere and it was really bad. The whole property was not clean at all, I had to wash everything before using it including the shower. The worst was I had to shower myself and my 2y old in cold water in the evening because there was no hot water running. I am stunned anyone could ask this money for this really bad level of accommodation. We were horrified and only stayed one night.

Dust everywhere, especially behind the wardrobe, no heating on arriving, we’ve got a sleeping in the cold room, property owner didn’t answer on arriving. there is mold on the wall in the hallway, because of this there is an unpleasant smell in room, I don't know how it affects health. The owner does not care at all about the health of the guests and does not solve the problem.
