Quiet location overall, but walls were thin and noise travelled.

Good facilities: on-site parking; restaurant and bar. Close to train station and supermarket. Walkable to town. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful.

People are very Frendly and Hotel is very close to the Railstation and City Center. Everything okay with food and drinks. Car or Motorbike parking place free and safe. From the Hotel nice ride to Sachishe Schweiz or Oybin for example. But also this area is nice to exploire.

Door handle into the bathroom came off, one shower door came off it’s tracks and the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t great

Easy stay with dogs and car. You can park on yard, there is a park just other side of the road. Hotel has nice restaurant.

Located a short walk from the railway station. Very nice restaurant with attractive menu and prices. There you pick up your key. Very good a la carte breakfast from a menu. For the low price paid, this property offers excellent value for money.

Very old furniture,bed sheets or duvet set was not plain white like others hotel have ! and it looks like over washed! The shower was broke ! Smell on the corridors! Shame i have not take any picture.

I had arrived at 23:00 night, but nobody was there, the reception was closed. We were very tired, I searched anybody to talk with him, but nobody was there, and I tried to call but nobody answered me. I waited for one hour without result. I called costumservice booking without result. Then I gave up und searched another Hotel and I paid again money

It felt a bit dingy. The room smelled funny. We only found out in the morning that we had to order breakfast ahead of time (though we found a lovely coffee shop with excellent breakfast around the corner).

The main point is the mattresses are too hard. The bed frame is also hard too. So when they combine , it's not comfortable. I got the back pain and had to use two mattresses during the time of the stay. The mattresses are dirty and there are insects in the mattresses. Every morning we had small red spots on our skin which are bitten by the insects, definitely not by mosquitoes. There are small things that should be fixed too. The light in the room is too dim. Only one of the two lights for the whole room is working. So, it's always in the dark a bit even in the day time. The night lamp is not working and only one night lamp for four beds. It would be better if there is a small table in the shower room ,not to put the clothes on the floor.

The location is really close to the train station, really good for travellers without cars. The staffs are friendly to explain in foreign language. Easy to check-in and checkout. There is own table and chairs in the room to sit properly. Furniture is up to date. The whole building is good looking.
