Staff are wonderful, friendly and go out of the way to help. They helped my find local free parking They helped me find good restaurants They helped me find a place to fix my car as it had problems They provided a nice breakfast everyday. Ths beds are so comfortable and the room was stunning The location is right in the center It was quiet and pleasant and a romantic place. 10/10 will stay here again and eveytime I am here.

We were woken up by some drunks leaving the cocktail bar, which is located literally under the windows of our room. Other than that, I think the grouting in the bathroom needs some serious pressure washing, unbelievably, it's actually meant to be white. Also, the toilet moves as you sit on it.

Great location to explore Kutna Hora, really close to the cathedral, so you can get out really early in the morning and take photos of it without millions of people around. You have to be lucky with getting a parking spot around in the streets, though. There's a kettle and complimentary tea/instant coffee. Good coffee for breakfast and decent selection of food for breakfast, though I thought there could have been more of it.

There are two factors at Penzion U Hrádku that could deter a traveler. Apart from these, I say this is the best place to stay in Kutna Hora. 1) Those with large luggage may find the spiral stairs difficult. 2) In the few hottest weeks of the year, the lack of air conditioning might be a factor for some people. There is a fan in each room. I was there early July and found it not difficult to keep the room comfortable and sleep entirely comfortably. A co-worker stayed at the Palace Hotel nearby. I would choose Penzion U Hrádku over the Palace, but they are comparable. Breakfast normally starts at 0800. Lenka started breakfast early the first couple days by request of other business travelers. That was perfect for me. All the best Kutna Hora attractions, restaurants and bars are a short walk away.

The host was very accommodating and helpful as I booked my night during Czech holidays. The host made a very nice breakfast for me and made sure I enjoyed my stay while also providing recommendations and helping me with travel logistics. Great location for kutna hora centrum.

We could hear every step in the hall. We were always woken up by neighbors. The noice reduction wasn’t as great. But it is not a huge problem. The toilet was unstable. When you sat down, the whole table made loud noice. But since it was working it is not a big deal.

Clean room, owners were always so nice, amazing breakfast, next to Best restaurant in town, next to mines. The room was always so warm. Universal key - We could’ve go out and come back any time.

An excellent choice in Kutna Hora. Very well located both for the sites and restaurants. The pension is in a historic building dating back 600 years. It has been fully modernized and is quite comfortable. The best part is the attentive and thoughtful staff. I couldn't have been more pleased.

The location was just perfect, in the middle of the old town. A thoroughly relaxing stay. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Kutna Hora exceeded our expectations, well worth the effort to explore the old town over night.

It’s a lovely old building, not set up for air conditioning. We were there during a heat wave, and our room was hot. However, the fan that was provided did help.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Lenka, who sent good information before we arrived and then rescued us when we got lost anyway. She also directed us to an excellent restaurant just behind the penzion.
