We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicBreakfast was fantastic! Very wide choice of fresh products. Pension is part of Chateau Cihelny Hotel resort with few levels of accommodation. I chose pension this time and was very pleased. The pension went through the renovation and is very clean and cosy. I will definitely come on a family holiday in summer!

Pretty location out in the countryside. Quiet and peaceful. Pension in the grounds of a spectacular chateau. Everything very well kept and clean. Breakfast in main chateau building. Restaurant available for evening meals. Excellent communication with staff. Room very comfortable with plenty of space. Handy railway line nearby

GermanyWe really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Pension U Golfu Cihelny. The location was great for exploring Karlovy Vary and the area around. It's in a quiet and peaceful location. Our family room was very spacious (it was probably the biggest room we've ever had!). The staff was most friendly and very helpful. The breakfast selection was abundant. The hotel has a nice wellness area to relax. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great apartments, definitely worth the money we paid . Beds ( mattresses ) were very comfortable. Actually I don't remember when i slept that good in the past few years. What impressed us most , was the personal who works on the reception/restaurant , they were super friendly and welcoming . Apartments/hotel are located around 10km from Karlovy Vary. 5 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a train station , and train goes to Karlovy Vary on every 2 hours .Place is nice for people who wants to rest from the city life.We prefer to stay in places like this so this was a perfect match for us. If we visit Karlovy Vary again would we come again here? DEFINITELY.

NetherlandsWe were only guests in pension for 3 nights but they positioned us on top attick room (2 stairs up). The bathroom contained a huge boiler, right next to the toilet. This makes the toilet hard tu use if you are 1.80 m or longer like us. Mirror was no higher than 1.60 or so, so you would have to be a small person to use it properly. A shame, because bathroom is actually big enough to position boiler, toilet, mirror in different position to have more practical use of them. TV is limited to 5 or 6 German and czech channels, so you better bring a book or puzzle.
Pension belongs to the Castle hotel next door with in total 4 building (with all their own name). No staff in the pension, for reception, services you have to go to castle. So Pension itself is quiet. Hotel is just outside Karlsbad which is good for a shop or restaurant visit. We had lovely walk to town of Loket (20 km to and return through woods).
