It said pool was private for this family room in the booking and than we found out that it is for all guests, they should specify that clearer.

Our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The property was spotless, beautifully arranged, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special highlight was the on-site restaurant where the host personally prepared delicious, home-cooked meals for us. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and made with love — it truly made our stay unforgettable. The warm hospitality, peaceful location, and amazing food created a wonderful experience we will always cherish. Just a bit of a noice in the morning as it is at the main road. Nothing the owners can really affect.

The accommodation is very nice and well maintained. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. The cabins are very cute but also conformable. Breakfast was also great, variety of options all on your table.

There was huge road construction of the main road near the place, increased traffic was heard early in the morning. Hopefully, a temporary thing due to construction.

Stay in blue challets. We chose this place due to close proximity to Prachov rocks and short driving distance to Jičin town where we shopped for self catering. Challets and surrounding yard, overall territory very clean, full of plants. They have also rooms in main building where restaurant is, but we travelled with a dog so stayed in challets. Challets get warm quickly during hot days, but they all have AC so short time needed until the pleasant temperature.

We were just going to stop by and spend the night. The experience was beyond our expectations!! The welcoming staff, the atmosphere, our room, an excellent food were just so wonderful.

We liked everything - very wide and comfortably equipped accommodation, safe parking place, rich and tasty breakfast and very, very kind and helpful host! Very good to have tasty dinner and drinks in the same premise. A pleasure to stay here!

Our accommodation was in the bottom level of the property - more of a cellar type which made it dark and cold even during summer. Luckily, we were not spending much time in the apartment. The windows overlooked the carpark and were on the same level. They didn't have blackout curtains which didnt help during the night with our privacy and a morning light. Introducing them would be beneficial. Also, replacing towels which were worn out would be recommended.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly making sure that our stay is comfortable and we have everything you need. There is a restaurant on site and you can pay for a great breakfast and dinner. The pool in the garden was a great addition, although quite refreshing.
