The only minor details are the pillows, I had to get another one out of the closet because the prepared one was uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep at first, but that's all!

The rooms are lovely and big, the location is great and the staff was really nice. The restaurant the accomodations are located above has really interesting decor and the food there is good too. Free parking available if it's not fully booked. Would visit here again!

I had a great stay at Penzion Hacienda Ranchero. The beds were very comfortable, and it was convenient to have a fridge in the room. A kettle was also available in the hallway for all guests to use. Free parking was a nice bonus. One of the highlights was the delicious Mexican restaurant located on the ground floor – a perfect spot for dinner after a long day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped accommodation.

The building is very old and the sounds travel easily though the walls. You can hear the people in the room next to you. If you are unlucky you hear someone snoring.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient and there is a restaurant with good food downstairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bit noisy from other guests, I had the first room at top of the stairs. I would recommend asking for a room further down the hall. The kettle & mugs are located on the landing at the top of the stairs, you cannot make tea or coffee in your room also need your own coffee or tea, none supplied. No iron or ironing board in room, but iron quickly provided on request.

Great location, excellent price, friendly staff. The room is very large, but basic.....classic case of you get what you pay for. Restaurant downstairs has delicious meals & there was NO noise from it. (I was concerned it might be noisy at night, but it wasn't at all.) It is great value for money, I would recommend a stay here if you go to Pardubice. Station about 20-25 minute walk, easy to locate but there are cobblestone pavers to contend with. Consider using Bolt, great value & customer service instead of taxis.

Walls are paper thin so it was loud, especially since bedroom didn't have separate door. Could hear all neighboors talk and noises from corridor. Fridge when on could be heard across the floor. Earplugs necessary or no sleep will happen. I was made to pay city tax twice - it was stated in my bill that i paid City tax (CZK 37.63 × 1 guest × nights) 75 Kč but reception made me pay extra 60kc and couldn't explain why.

Good quiet location, easy to reach all the sights in town on foot, easy commmute from train station on trolleybus. Many nice shopping/food places around. Room had all basic necessities, was clean Although quite pricy, restaurant downstairs was nice.

Nothing that I don't like. Just in the morning before we checked out, the cleaning lady probably forgot we're still inside so she tried to open the door, luckily we left the key on the key hole so she wasn't able to open it.

The service is amazing! I went to the concert and checking in later than the midnight, but the staff contacted me and she told me the direction for self checking in, also the room was very big, clean, nice location in the city center of Pardubice.

The furniture is a little bit old. Shower hanger was broken. There was no shower towel, only small and medium size. In July it was very hot.

The furniture is bit vintage and it's a little harder to warm up the room in the winter, also it might be noisier in the summer if the restaurant guests are outside (not an issue in the winter).

I was really surprised I couldn't hear the restaurant downstairs at all, they must have some really good soundproofing! The room was really spacious, with all the necessary facilities, good location within the city centre, wifi seemed stable and with good signal.
