Not a fan of auto check in Like to talk to someone if there’s a problem

Fine stay Not a fan of auto check in Had bikes and it was a struggle to get them into the rooms but as our rooms were in the cafe next door the wonderful woman at breakfast opened the cafe doors for us and we just had to wheel them out No ac in our rooms downstairs but the doors opened to the street and it was quiet Good breakfast Comfortable bed Close to restaurants

Online check in - I needed to add all guest information, such as: name, surname, id/passport details, address etc - even for really small kids.

I am really happy with the stay - location is really great, in the city centre, but also really close to the highway. Rooms were clean and have with everything which might be needed on short stay (tee, coffee, kettle, glasses, etc). Really good prices on mini bar (didn't used it, but pricing is fair). Very tasty breakfast and incredible friendly and helpful staff. Definitely way above average. Check in is fully online - with PIN codes to enter the facility and room - which is great if you arrive late.

Parking is problematic and a bit of a lottery finding a space nearby. Would be good for the hotel to provide suggestions of nearby paid parking options as a fallback.

Limited parking spots in front of the hotel.

Brand new and super clean hotel. Room was spacious and cozy and beds are comfortable. I appreciated a variety of items in a minibar, which wasn't overpriced and I very appreciated self check-in also. Breakfast was great.

A bed in a room for 2 people could have a continuous mattress. Two solo mattresses with a gap are a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise no negatives.

They accepted our request for a vegan breakfast and treated us to vegan spreads, milk, yoghurt and other foods. Thanks for that! When we left after the festival, they extended our check-out, which was very nice. Good staff.

Exceptional new bathroom, full fridge of drinks and standard size bottles for a very fair price. Very cozy dining room for breakfast. Very good coffee! I also appreciate the electronic access to the hotel and the room. Easy check-in and check-out without time pressure.

The only way to get to the rooms is using a staircase, so we were a bit stuck with the baby stroller. The staff was super helpful to sort the situation out, though

Nothing wrong is with the property….., it’s not easy to contact the owner or the person who’s managing the property….., otherwise is everything OK.

My room was on the first floor with windows facing the street. Had to keep curtains closed all the time coz I didn't feel quite comfortable with pedestrians staring at me.

The room was big and very spacious. Ned was comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Stuff was nice and accommodating. In general, it's a decent place to stay for one or several nights.
