GermanyEverything was wonderful, but there were two points that we were not happy with. The lady at the reception, around her 50s, was not very friendly and her approach felt a bit harsh, which didn’t leave a warm first impression for such a nice hotel. A more energetic and guest-oriented person who can communicate without sounding rude would be much better for the reception. The other point is breakfast. It was quite poor in variety for a hotel of this quality. The breakfast room is also very small, and the 1-2 staff working there were not particularly warm or welcoming. This made us want to eat quickly and leave. On the other hand, we had lunch at the restaurant and it was absolutely amazing – both the food and the staff were excellent. In summary: except for the reception lady and breakfast, everything was truly great.
The facility’s location, restaurant area, parking, and exterior architecture were excellent.

Czech RepublicThe sofa is not comfortable for sleeping. We had an apartment with 3 proper beds and 1 sleeping place on a sofa. Standard beds were comfortable, but sofa not. My son got a back pain after 2 nights.
The apartment was big and clean. Small kitchen was really useful.

United StatesI stayed at this hotel several time. I used to book the room with a terrace with no problems. Now I see that those rooms are not listed online (Booking. com for example), and I can not chose them. I am trying to select the best room for the money of course. I asked the receptionist about the room for the terrace, and she said they are always booked?? After all this conversation I ended up in a room with a heavily ingrown vegetation outside of my window with steep uphill slope -no view at all- with heavy iron bars (prison like) built in the windows. Whatever I have done against society to end up in jail for?-:)

SwedenThis was second time we stayed at this hotel. We liked it directly at our first visit and were not disappointed this time either. The hotel staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel's restaurant is also very good: tasty meals, fair prices and good and quick service. The hotel is centrally located close to the Teplice Castle and the Castle Square where different events take place. This year we were lucky to visit Teplice Wine Festival there. Also there are very good Beethoven cafe and the thermal spa in the close vicinity. The hotel is definitely our primary choice for the next stay in Teplice.

Having flown from Australia, we accidentally slept in,so 3 staff brought us up enormous trays of breakfast to the room, which was wonderful and we ate it on our terrace in the sunshine 🌞, which has a great view Teplice. The room is large, plenty of luggage space,comfy beds, little sitting area and good sized bathroom.
