The cabinets had a moldy odor, and the property felt slightly damp.

The location and surroundings were stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly – they provided complimentary drinks and snacks, and kindly turned on the heating upon request, as the weather was rainy and everything felt damp.

We stayed 6/27 during a heat wave, so it was probably the one day out of the year that heat is an issue. It was quite warm in the room. Thankful for the fan as well as the windows. We also stayed on the upper level so taking the luggage up the flights of stairs was a little tricky. Not really a biggy as we can all use an arm workout too.

Location, cleanliness, communication. Great parking. They also left a super sweet note with bottled waters in the fridge and a bottle of wine. That was a delightful surprise. Walked to the restaurants in town with a lot of shops and street vendors to peruse. We also walked to the Falcon’s Nest which was amazing. I think it was around 6 miles round trip. So many other areas to explore. Sorry we only had one day there.

Like many old stone houses it was quite humid, but the host provided a dehumidifier so it was not a problem.

The room was very clean and equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay. The staff we ran into were very nice and helpful, and the location is excellent. The bus stops are just across the river, like 2 mins walk, and while the place is close to very nice local restaurants, it’s not right next to the busy spots.

We lived in an appartment for 4 people, situated at the top of the house. There are very steap stairs in the appartment which looks really scary and a bit unsafe if you have kids. The main area is at the top but the shower and toilet in the same appartment arrea but one store below.

The appartment was clean, well situated. There were a welcoming gift left for us which was nice. The owner has a self check-in web site, so if you use it - your keys will be left in safe deposit box and you are flexible on arriving time.

The pillows were a bit too big and uncomfortable, would have been nice to have medium sized ones. It would be also nice to have a shower curtain, to not fully flood the bathroom by each shower

Too many stairs, so be aware of that. We took the roof apartment, which has the bathroom at the entrance, while the rest of the apartment is separated by a steep staircase. So you should know you're going to zip across the stairs a lot. Kids may find it difficult. The bathroom was too small. Like, a student dorms size.. It's manageable, but know that as well. Other than that, everything was great!

Location was amazing, close to many treks and attractions by foot or by car. View from the terrace/balcony is good - to the cliff, so you don't see cars and people. You have many windows and views. The apartment was well equipped, very cozy. The staff are very nice. Check in/out is easy :)

There are only 3 parking spaces in front of the door - if these are occupied, you have to park across the river which is only a minute walk. The fridge made quite some loud sounds, waking us up in the night. The bathroom is a little bit too small with almost no room to hang up your towels.

Easy check-in through a key box and convenient parking in front of the door. Nice room with a little terrace overlooking the street and the river. Nice to enjoy the sun out here after a day's hike. Shower was great.

The only thing to note is that, if you require being able to park in front of the building, definitely get there as early as possible. There is additional parking across the river and accessible by foot bridge. It's not a huge deal but just something to be aware of.

Location was excellent for being in the heart of the area. Nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the river going by. Hosts thought of everything including a welcome gift!

I have nothing bad to say about this gorgeous property!

A gorgeous, stunning little hotel! The rooms were gorgeous! They left out a bottle of local red wine which was delicious and we really appreciated that little touch. The bathroom was amazing too, we absolutely loved the shower. The location was excellent if you want to see everything that Hrensko has to offer. One of the best accommodations we have stayed at on holiday so far.

Excellent place - spotlessly clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchenette, lots of windows, and a large bathroom with a large hot water tank and great pressure. Contact with staff was via text, but entry was easy and they were responsive. Room was child friendly with no dangerous features etc.

The shower did not have a lot of pressure so it took a bit longer to rinse yourself. It is on a cycling route but there was no specific parking space for the bicycles.

There was self check-in which was very easy. The host sent all the information you needed beforehand. The room gave a cozy feeling of a mountain hut and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in the center of Hrensko with several restaurants around and close to cycling and hiking routs so the location was perfect. There were several extra’s that made our stay even better: a free bottle of wine, a smart tv with loads of movies to watch and the permission to check out a bit later.
