We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicWiFi connectivity coverage could be better, but as the mobile coverage is good in the location you won’t be dependent on it during i.e. planning trip for upcoming day
The staff was super nice and friendly. Place is clean and comfortable. The location is also pretty good - we would say close to most of the POIs. Complimentary breakfasts offering is great. Any meal served during the dinner time is very tasty - hail to the mama cook!

NetherlandsThis is very much a place for people who go hiking and then come back, eat something at the restaurant and go to bed. They close up the restaurant which totally makes sense as it is run by the three people who are up early for breakfast. However, it means there isn't really a quiet common area to play cards and so if people want to hang out in the fall months, for example when it's a bit cold to hang out outside it can be a bit annoying for the others. Most people who stayed here while we were here were very considerate, not big drinkers or anything like that. It 's just important to know that there is really only your room and that's it.
We really liked the breakfast! It was varied and they had lots of options. It wasn't super fancy but it was so convenient and there was something for everyone. For some people on a very low carb diet there wouldn't be many options. It was a bit heavy on meats but my daughter who is vegetarian found things she liked. The yogurt was sugary. They have a very cool way you can make cappuccinos. They also had several options for dinner - fish, pasta, meat. They were all very reasonably priced.
