It is in very good location. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We came with a dog, absolutely no problems with that. Would recommend staying there.😊

The room doesn't have aircon so it hot summer days it can be very warm in the room. Bed a bit too hard fir me and the bedsheet was simple style and a bit coarse.

Quiet, clean place, nice bathroom well situated: corner of the old town but also near the tramstop Trznice, where the tramline 1 from railway station stops. Good breakfast menu you can choose from several options.

We liked everything! The owners/ staff were all very friendly, kind, hospitable and helpful. We've got everything that we needed in our room/ bathroom. Bathroom was very comfortable to use even for the people with mobility problems like it was a case with my mother who I was travelling with. Beds were perfect for us! Mattresses in our room were nicely firm (hard), not too soft as it is often times an issue when sleeping at places away from home... Breakfasts were amazing! I think the wide selection must satisfy absolutely everyone and the way they were served on our plates was simply piece of art! The portions were huge and we were leaving the breakfast room absolutely stuffed:-) I especially appreciate lots of fresh vegetables every morning and excellent coffee.

Lovely small hotel in the quiet part of the old city. Absolutely loved it. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is from a menu, tasty and varied. The staff is kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Just a note that some rooms are on the second floor with a circular staircase. This is common in Europe, but not common in the US.

I stayed here for a business trip but I would definitely stay here for personal travel. The location is excellent. I loved my room, clean, sunny and large.

We stayed in family room/suite, which was very spacious, with sofas, two writing desks etc. Furniture is a bit old (vintage from 70-80-90's) but in perfect condition and only adds the charm. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk to the very heart of the city. Parking was provided and we were allowed to left the car there a couple of hours after check-out. Rooms were very clean, big modern bathroom and good beds.

Great spot, close to the most beautiful landmarks in Olomunec. Walking distance to historic churches, city hall, lovely city squares but also good restaurants and pubs. Room was clean, comfortable, still quiet despite hotel being located almost in the very city center. Tasty breakfast and very nice and helpful hotel team. Definitely to recommend!

The decor is a little old but it suited our needs and we expected it with the price we paid. The Suite was still very clean and looked after well. It would also have been nice if the shower head was a little higher. It sat halfway on the wall. It was fine for me and the kids but it was a little uncomfortable for my husband who is just over 6 foot. The outdoor car park is located about 30m from the property where you park your car behind a gated lot. You need to unchain and unlock a padlock each time you enter/leave. Given how central the property is, we didn’t have an issue with this.

We liked that the place was just around the corner of the Marian Column (Mariansky sloup) and close to authentic Czech restaurants. We highly recommend the Moravska Restaurace for an authentic Czech dinner (just opposite the Olomouc Astronomical Clock). We stayed in the Suite and it comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 children. Our 2 children were in single beds that were made up in the lounge. It was nice to have a separate one bedroom. The included breakfast was very good and substantial. We were able to choose from 4 or 5 options which included ham, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread and spreads Petr/Peter who appears to manage the place was very accomodating and helpful when checking us in and helping with our luggage during check out as it was raining.

Location was great, right next to the Dolni namesti, which I need it. It was also close to the main train station, so it is possible to even walk. Personal was pleasant and very helpfull. Breakfast was also great a good selection of food variety.

Overall fine stay for what we were looking for

Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious if a bit spare in decor. It was overall well located as the hotel was just a short walk to the historic center. Parking was good but it a little complicated. You have to go with the deskperson to a place where they lock the car behind a gate. They give you a key so you can access the car at any time but it can be a bit tricky

Just don’t prefer the line down the centre of the bed. Something we have had to get used to but could easily live without. If you travel much in Europe you know what we mean.

The location was perfect for us. Just a very quick tram ride from train to hotel upon arrival and the reverse when we left. The hotel was clean and very well cared for. our room was very nice and worked well for us. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together but that certainly is more usual than unusual in our travels in Europe. The included breakfast was A La Carte while good both my wife and I prefer buffet style however this is just personal preference. Overall a very good experience.
