Towels weren’t changed during a three-night stay, but it might have been stated somewhere and i might’ve missed it. Be sure not to throw them on the ground (despite a sticker that says to do so if you want them changed). Not a huge issue.

The room was clean, spacious and interestingly furnished, all the amenities were provided. The check-in and check-out was convenient, the staff was nice and the breakfast was great - with a wide plethora of breads and toppings, teas, milk and cornflakes and even yoghurt. The location is really well connected with the historical centre of Prague. It’s quiet and pleasant.

Everything was great thus we have already booked another week in June. The instructions provided for the self check in were absolutely great- we followed every step and we accessed the apartment without any issue, big thank you for this:) The apartment was very clean. It is very close to the city center.: 20 min away using public transportation. I look forward to coming back in June! Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Can't really say we did not like something.

The whole Pension Hattrick and the rooms are really nicely decorated with alot of care and originality. The hostess is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and we found the standard very good. We were impressed, that we did not just have a room, but it was like a little appartment with a hallway, separate bathroom, and a kitchenette in the room with a fridge, a stove to cook, and a kitchen sink besides the water cooker. There were also some plates and cutlery and basic kitchen utenils. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The The location is really quiet and the neighborhood feels friendly. We were able to park our car on the premises off the street, which was a great plus. You can get to the city center within 20 minutes by tram, bus and metro, connection is good. We were impressed with the public transportation app of the city of Prague and would recommend using that. We would definitely book Pension Hattrick again for our next trip to Prague! Highly recommed.

I didn't like the noisy street and the distance from the Old town (around 35/40 mins). Also, the owner doesn't speak almost any English. They allowed dogs just in the rooms, so we needed to leave our dog alone in the room to have breakfast because they were super strict (even tho we were far from other guests). We also had to pay 200 CZ each day for him and no service was provided (a dog bowl or a dog bed or anything), so we found it a bit sketchy since it is not mentioned on the Booking.com page but we found out when we asked confirmation about the dog-friendly facility.

The room was quite big, like a small apartment: we had a built-in kitchen, a big bathroom, and a really nice bedroom. It was at the first floor, facing the main street which was quite noisy. The room was very clean and the owner Iva changed our towels after two days. The breakfast was quite easy, I think fresh fruits and some eggs could have been added, but it was ok for a short stay. We had our dog with us and he was ok for him, even tho nothing was provided for his comfort (either a bowl or a bed).

We arrived later and struggled to find the place, then couldn't find the keys, and then couldn't find the room because It was outside a terrace. It was kind of like an escape room game. The room was very basic, it only has a kettle for boiling water. The floors were dirty, there is no way to control the room temperature (it was warm though). The lady at the reception speaks zero English and I basically had to struggle 2 days in a row to explain to her that I had to pay some extra fees that I was told by the host (for parking and dog), she seemed totally disinterested in taking my money. Location is much farther away from the center than advertised. Overall, considering the extra fees, and the location, very expensive for what they offer.

First in booking was written is 5.7 km from center. But is 15 km. When I come to Penccion reception was very antipátic , very no friendly , I don’t see in my life so no friendly personal. In Praque all the personal is not friendly. I travel a lot in the world, but not see never so bad servís. And reception was very antipathetic. Breakfast was terrible. Location so far from century need 45 min if you take bus or some transport public. No recomendable. For 70 eu for one day it is to much for this plays.

The room didnt look like at the photos. I was also searching a room with kitchenette and it didnt even have a knife and other stuff that is needed for a comfortable eating and making a simple meal. The windows are towards the street, so for me it was very noisy. I didnt like the smell of the room and the building itself. It's very oldschool and not my taste. The receptionist made my stay better, she was very nice and helpful, even bought me extra fruits for breakfast without asking.
