There was a mix up with the booking, however this was very quickly sorted by the owner. Room size was excellent and had everything we needed. The Pension was within walking distance to the park and the town centre.

We had two bed appartment at the top: lots of stairs. It did not matter to us but can be problematic for some. Lack of kitchen in the appartment: only in the morning we discovered there was common kitchen space on one of the floors.

It is a very cosy and tidy place. Wonderfully hospitable host who gives you lots of individual attention and a wonderful breakfast (11 out of 10). We loved it and we will definitely come back again.

The only thing is that the light inside our apartment was also connected to the outside nearby common kitchen, so whenever someone entered that kitchen and switched on the light there, then the light also turned on inside our apartment. This was quite annoying when we switched off all the lights and went to sleep and after some time all of the sudden the light in our apartment turned on. The owner should definitely fix it.

I stayed here during an ice skating competition in Mariánské Lázně, and everything was perfect. The location was ideal — just a short 10-minute walk to the ice rink, which made things super convenient. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. One staff member from the reception in particular kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was a highlight! I don’t usually eat breakfast, but I genuinely enjoyed it every morning — it was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. One thing I especially loved was that they arranged breakfast seating by room. It meant there was a 100% guarantee you’d have a seat, which is such a relief compared to some other places where breakfast time can get overcrowded and stressful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return if I’m back visiting the city. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mariánské Lázně!

These are minor points, but still relevant. The room was very hot - we turned the heating off - but because of the noise of the traffic it wasn't possible to keep the window open. To be fair, we didn't ask for a fan. Although the room had a kettle and cups, there weren't any tea/coffee sachets. We did ask the cleaner for some when she was cleaning other rooms, but it appears they're not available. Again, we didn't ask at reception but it might be the case that they have them there - though not sure why they weren't in the room in the first place. It would be good to have some international channels for those who don't speak Czech, or even YouTube or Netflix - we brought a laptop as we know what it's like in many Czech hotels. One thing that did disturb us was the boiler in hall outside our room going on and off at regular intervals throughout the night. This was not helped by the wooden floor in the hall, which amplified the noise. I realise that the property is continually being refurbished - and the owner is doing a brilliant job with this - so this might well be rectified over time. HOWEVER, I need to point out that these are minor issues and would not stop us booking Elektra Pension again if we were in the area :-)

The location is ideal for visiting the town - a 10min walk to the centre, or slightly longer through a beautiful park - and very close to both train stations. Parking was easy and was monitored, so security was taken care of. The breakfasts for the 2 nights we were there were tasty, with a different choice of hot food each day. The quality of the ingredients was high - could not fault it. The room itself was spacious, and the fridge was handy for beer, water, etc. We found the bed to be very comfortable. The rest of the property is fitted out to a high standard and it is obvious that care and thought have gone into it. Although our room (number 3) was facing a main road, the double glazing was EXCELLENT and you had to strain to hear the traffic.

Pension Elektra was perfectly located. It was easy to walk into town or drive. The rooms were very spacious with lovely high ceilings, and with access to a kitchen (there was also a fridge and hot drink facilities in our apartment). The beds were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly.

Superb in all aspects: super warm host, spacious rooms, newly refurbished, so everything was in great shape. Free parking was a surplus. Great breakfast. Super location, can walk across street for laundry. All in all, the best place to stay and will definitely visit again if in Marianske.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful: exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and varied. The owner was very attentive and kind, despite there being a language barrier. It is the perfect location between the upper half of the city and close to two train stations, which are within easy walking distance.

Not so far from the center (700 m to 1km, depending) but the neighborhood is not appealing in contrast to the center of the city with the luxurious hotels. Insufficient noise insulation could be a problem if you are unlucky with some noisy guests, eg returning very late on a Saturday night and possibly heavily alcoolized.

Easy check-in at any time, good parking facility, hough no parking problem in the area, big room (King's room), good breakfast, excellent staff service. VFM relation excellent!

You have to walk a bit to get to the center (about 10 minutes). The number of parking places is limited. For the rest, it was perfect. No other remark.

It's a little walk to the main part of town.

Pension quite old with a quite significant number of technical wear and tear of the rooms. I was not expecting that we were occupying 3 rooms which may be separated with common corridor (with fridge and kettle), bathroom and toilet. Corridor did not make possitive impression. As a result price/quality ratio was a little dissapointing.

Localisation was fine. Close to the park, close to the shops and a while to the disctrict with beautiful hotels and etc. Close to the malls. Breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful landlord, no problem with anything, parking without extra charge. Kitchen for use on 1st floor.
