A pleasant guesthouse in a great location. The rooms are large and very clean, the owner is very nice and approachable, and the breakfast is excellent (a variety of products, everyone will find something for themselves;, delicious coffee!). There is even a small children's corner with various toys and games. Great value for money.

I should have stayed longer!

The guesthouse is optimal for those interested in experiencing Krkonoše National Park thoroughly, as Špindlerův Mlýn is a convenient starting point of many routes leading towards Sněžka, Śnieżne Kotły, and Pančavy waterfalls. You can also combine your stay with village-to-village hiking, as I continued my journey from Špindlerův Mlýn to Harrachov. Arriving in Špindlerův Mlýn is easy by bus from Vrchlabí, and the guesthouse itself is conveniently located right in the center of the village. The host, with whom I was in contact via text messages, was flexible regarding my arrival and was there to greet me as soon as I arrived. The customer experience was simply excellent, and he was happy to help with anything I had questions about. The room was spacious and well-equipped even for a longer stay. I particularly enjoyed the mountain view from the windows and the large bathroom. The atmosphere throughout the building was cozy, and no noise from outside could be heard. The delicious breakfast buffet was freshly prepared each morning. The menu varied from day to day, and you could also take breakfast to go for your daily adventures.

Plugs a bit far from the bed. The shape of the ceiling renders less livable the room. No lift. The time for breakfast is 8-9.30 am ... Could be a bit wider.

Wonderful location,at the very center of the town,so every skibus should pass this stop. Very pleasant and nice owners. The room itself was more like an apartment then a hotel room,there was a small kitchen inside,wardrobe at the corridor and bathroom.

Unfortunately we will not come back as there was no warm water in the bath and for the 3 nights that we stayed we couldn't shower after skiing 😔. In addition one of the radiators wasn't working and it wasn't fixed while we stayed. The owner did try to make it up to us by bringing us a large chocolate bar and a wine bottle. The staff are not always in the pension to assist so we had to communicate via Booking msgs. During our stay the towels weren't replaced (we didn't mind about it, but others might care)

The staff was super nice (I would rate him a 10). The location is good with parking. The breakfast was tasty and the wifi reception was good. There is a storage room for ski equipment.
