The hotel rooms are nice and clean, but they have not been renovated since the hotel first opened. As a result, the rooms can appear somewhat tired, and some amenities, such as the fridge, may not function properly. Additionally, while there is a swimming pool at the hotel, guests need to access it through public entry and pay the regular admission fee, just as any member of the public would. It would be an improvement if hotel guests could receive some advantage, such as complimentary entry or a discounted rate for the pool.

We return to this hotel every year while visiting family in the area. Its location in the center of Sokolov makes most shops, restaurants, and both train and bus stations easily accessible by foot. The hotel is consistently clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, always aiming to accommodate our requests. On our recent stay, we needed to change the duration of our visit three times; each time, the staff were supportive and made every effort to find the best possible solution for us.

The sign post at the hotel entrance was not easy to see. Had to pay an extra 4 euros to park directly at the hotel.

Breakfast was good apart from the fact that the warm things were almost gone. The breakfast room itself has a fantastic view into the park, you're practically sitting in the tree tops! Lovely indoor pool on the premises.

The restaurant had very restricted hours (open only two hours for dinner). The bar had the same restricted hours. The menu in the restaurant had very few selections (the one that was in the lobby had more choices, but that was not what was available). The breakfast also offered very few choices.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was nice, and there was a good view of the park. Walking distance to other places to eat. Area was quiet - no disturbances. The quality of the food in the restaurant was good (but very limited - see notes below).

Everything was fine.

I had stayed here before and I had slept well and that was all I needed. I asked for and was given a quiet room and I slept well. The hotel is in a great location, in the middle (as the name suggest) of a park, close to the castle and not too far from the market place. I got a really good price so I was happy. It is not luxurious, but for a two night stay, it was perfect for me. If you arrive earlier than 3 o'clock pm, you should know that the reception is completely closed - there will be no one there and you will not even be able to get into the hotel.

Unfortunately the walls are not the thickest and if you have a noisy neighbour, he / she is heard.

I have been in a lot of hotels and this Hotel is one of the very few that has super pillows. No flat pancakes. Big puffy pillows and more than one. That out of everything made my stay superb!!! Staff was excellent and the hotel was great for a night.

We were told swimming pool was not an option and been sent to city swimming pool despite the fact it's advertised on booking com as hotel with the swimming pool So we were not happy as this was the main thing for us to stay in this place.

Rather outdated, very basic equipment (no kettle, tea or coffee or a bottle of water). When bathroom door opened, it could be opened by half only as it hit the washing basin (room 508). Door to the corridor very loud - each time opened, crazy crashing sound.

Location in a quiet park, which was just perfect as we travelled with a dog. Fairly comfortable bed.

Such an amazingly clean hotel in the center of Sokolov. The customer experience was brilliant! We had to lengthen out stay and the team handled it on the best possible way to leave us at our old room, despite the hotel was overbooked. The ladies at reception are just great! Such gentle human beings! Huge thank you!
